The staff is inexperienced, but I'm not sure it's their fault. We ordered two pizzas and bread sticks on Halloween and the order got messed up. They were understandably busy. When my husband picked up the order, they acknowledged the mistake and made it right. I think they need more guidance and with the flow of business, patience and understanding from customers. Don't knock them down, as it's one of the few pizza places in our area. If you show a little understanding, it will go a long way to improvement. In this time we're currently facing, people are quick to stay home and not work, but the staff here are working and trying. IF.. you show just a little standing

Maybe I am spoiled because we live outside Chicago. But this pizza was not that good. Burnt on the bottom and had sauce in the middle but not really all over? Was told 20 min to get pizza ended up taking 40 min. Call in order. Nobody eating in. Also $21.00 for this pizza is really overpriced.

Have tried this establishment numerous times as thought maybe it was just a bad day..week or month but it’s either burnt pizza, raw pizza, wrong order, rude staff or overcharging. This place consistently does poorly. I like to support local businesses however if you want pizza I suggest just going to a bar or going across the street for a pleasant dining experience.

This is one of the worst pizza places I have been too and is inconsistent with other Daroo's restaurants.-Summary-Food: Terrible pizza but good bread sticksStaff: Awkward and forgetfulBuilding: Nice but very well not maintainedCleanliness: BadThe building looks great inside and out, and has a farm-like look to it, which is fitting since it is in Fossten. Unfortunately though, as soon as you walk in you feel stickiness on the floor and you can hear it every time you step. When you sit down at a table, it will likely be dirty due to the way they hastily wiped it down. There is a hole in the bathroom ceiling/wall and the light above our table was burnt out. When I came here, I waited 40 minutes before the food came to our table. They forgot our bead sticks so I had to go and remind them that I ordered them. The pizza dough was very poorly shaped, and it was uncooked and soft. There was hardly any sauce, and a good portion of the pizza did not get any sauce. There was iceberg lettuce on the pizza for some odd reason. After a while the bread sticks arrived but we only got 5 out of the 6 we ordered. When I went to pay with my credit card I was disappointed to see that there was an extra 3% charge, and ended up paying over 15$ for a medium pepperoni. We wiped our feet on the carpet on the way out to get the sticky stuff off of our shoes.

Got our food to go and should have checked it before we left. Burrito was not fresh and was microwaved. Probably made earlier and sat around. My wrap was so full of lettuce and hardly any bacon.Service was terrible. We walked up to the counter and the girl was on her phone with ear buds in and didn't even acknowledge us.

My husband 2 kids and I were in Daroos 2 hours start to finish on 5/5. My husband had to go to the counter to order after sitting for 20 minutes. I also had to wait 10 minutes after the fact for our breadsticks. All I got offered was a cert for free breadsticks that were free in the first place so what's the point of offering it?. We won't be going back for a long time after this. Yes I am well aware that staff is short and new.And all I was offered was 3.00 off my bill Big wow!

They were told no onions due to being allergic food came out with onions! the worker tonight obviously doesn’t care at all that people are allergic to stuff!
