I saw Dr Ho today regarding pain in my hand and arm. I was very impressed. He spent a hour with me. Asking lots of questions regarding my pain. He listened to everything I had to say. I didn't feel rushed. He told me what exercises to do. And also supported me by sending me for a X-ray on my hand. What a great Dr! During these crazy times due to Covid. People are rushed to get you in and out. I highly recommend Dr Ho. Gentle manner. Great listener. He truly cares.

I saw Dr. van Wyngaarden for a pain injection in my knee, he was very honest with me about what to expect as far as pain reduction. The front desk staff and supporting nurses were very helpful and the procedure was quick and painless. Following the injection I felt a noticeable difference in knee pain particularly when engaging in sports and activities that had previously been taxing on my knee.

Can't remember who I saw there (maybe Shergill) but was treated rudely and left no more enlightened. No caring attitude whatsoever. Have a way better sports med doctor now. Thanks for nothing.

I was referred to Dr. Ho for foot pain. His examination was incredibly thorough and he took lots of time to explain his diagnosis and recommended treatment. I was very happy with the way I was treated, the time taken to listen to me and the time taken to explain the condition. Thank you.

Reallt disappointed with the. 1st time doctor forget to request my mri. After 3 months when i called she said they forget to mark 1 box. Finally got mri done after 9 months of waiting.Got a call from them that my doctor is on maternity leave. Well i asked them to schedule me with other doctor. Got a call back from them that i have to get referrel again from some doctor to see another doctor in their clinic. Just complicating things for me .

The help I’ve received at this clinic is world class. Finally a place where the experts talk to each other in real time, provide solutions that really work, they care. My hip was progressively getting more painful and sometimes I couldn’t walk on it, that was going on for 9+ years. After 3 months I am able to jog for 30 mins. It’s incredible! And I know it’s only upwards from here.

I went to see Dr. Helper with a herniated disc in my neck and after talking his advice I was back to full mobility within a week, pain free, months on I have no issues. I'd rate him higher if I could. The front desk staff very nice and accommodating when I was in a lot of pain at the time.

I visited Kinetix for some unusual symptoms after being turned away by countless practitioners. Andrea the office manager is amazing as were the doctors. I saw Dr. Helper and eventhough he wasn't sure what was wrong with me, he told me that if his referral wasn't successful to come back and we would figure it out somehow. He said he would not give up on me.Feeling very hopeless at the time after being given up on by many other doctors, it made all the difference to have this support. And yes, I did recover! Thank you Dr. Helper

I was extremely impressed with this office. They were very professional and organized. I saw Dr. Helper initially for a consultation. He examined me and fully explained the pros and cons of having spinal injections. My pain was very acute and he assured me they would be done as soon as possible. Dr. Zhang did my injections and Dr Helper was present during the procedure. The injections were successful and my pain level decreased by 90 cent. I would highly recommend this office to others.Thank you to the whole team for your excellent care!
