Great rural internet service. Ideal for cottagers, with no contracts or installation fees. We've used them for the past two summers and are totally happy. The staff are wonderful. They treat you like friends and family.

Good customer service. That is key.Internet service was getting REALLY bad on Brule Point, but as of May 20 2016, they have upgraded the Wallace tower and I am noticing huge improvement.Before today, I was getting 2 MBPS at best, even while paying for the 5 service. Just did speed test and easily got the 5MBPS+ even over the router.Giving three stars only because they let it get so bad before doing anything (18 months +)

To say I am disappointed in this company, is a grave understatement. My mother had been having issues for over a year when I ended up calling them to have their service discontinued in January. My mother sent their equipment back to them shortly after. Needless to say, she was shocked when one of their workers came onto the property, belittling her for changing to a different company 3 weeks ago. He then proceeded to walk past her into the house telling her that he was there to pick up the equipment. Absolutely inappropriate behaviour towards anyone let alone a senior living on her own. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before using their services.

I changed from Bell Alient cause it was expensive and pointless, took about 1 week to download anything.. I play online games and was hoping that NNC would provide good enough services for that in which it did... For half a year. Then Summer hit and everything hit a wall, only 1 person is really able to use it at one time. Then it's pointless to use at nighttime. I don't understand how it can go from good to extremely bad and stay that way. So if you're looking to play online games with this service I bid you good luck.

Roofers cut off our internet connection and North Nova was very prompt to come and reconnect. They were amazing and even went the extra mile to connect a TV in the house. Very impressed with service

I have been with North Nova Cable for about 3 years in all. The staff are awesome people to deal with and always treat you like a person not a number. The personal service is so nice to see as it is a lost art form in todays services. When we had a problem with our internet the staff went to great lengths to fix the problem, our problem was solved and our service is awesome as a result. The people who own North Nova Cable have the ideal dream of a business. Their service continues to get worse and worse, while their customers stay loyal. Zero upgrading, their website hasn't been updated since December 2016.Was reliable for the first while of using the service.. then it has completely gone down the drain with no reason. Zero reliability, extremely inconsistent - its only consistency is that it's inconsistent. If you're up at 3 am and no one else is on the North Nova Network, then you might actually be able to get speeds posted as up to".If you ever dare to try to use this internet from the usual daylight hours

I hooked up to NNC on 2Mar2023 and I'm consistently getting a download speed that exceeds the 25 Mbs. Previously, I had been paying considerably more to another provider and their service was not as good as what I'm getting now. A very DELIGHTED Customer in Pugwash.

We have used North Nova Cable for our cottage internet for several years. We always have fast speeds, and the customer service and installation/service technition is friendly & helpful. Prices are great and they are the only service that allows seasonal owners to shut off during the winter (huge bonus). Service calls show an above average responsibility to ensure the internet is working as it should.

I’ve had the 10mbs for 3 or so years now. Sometimes seeing speeds past 10mbs, lately I’ve only been getting 3-7mbs.But the last few days every time I try to load a webpage the internet crashes. God forbid I try to connect my phone while the computers connected. This last week has been absolutely terrible, I have called and left voicemails because no one picks up. How can you overload a tower and continue to charge the full rate? I day trade and need the internet, costing me hundreds of dollars lately. I’m fed up, can I speak to someone. Do I honestly have to show up at the office? I’ll call everyday day and leave a voicemail, UNREAL.Update: NNC did end up sending someone to adjust the dish, since then I have not dropped service. Service is what it should be for under 10mbs.Connor
