I'm a returning client with this clinic and always come out of my massage appointments feeling refreshed and relaxed. Milros has been my RMT since I first started coming to this clinic last year and she has been exceptional every time! She provides excellent customer service and is thorough in her work. All of the staff that I have interacted with have also been great. Highly recommend!

My RMT at this place is ZORA. She is hands down THE BEST! She is the perfect RMT for my tension headache, shoulder and back pain or spasm (you can name it). Everytime I feel sore and terribly in pain, all I ever think is I need to see Zora for treatment. She knows exactly what she’s doing and she will help you in the bestest way she can. Her approaches always works the greatest for my pain. I always feel immediate release from the stress, pain and tension. I most definitely always leave the place happy and re-charged! Also, it’s a bonus that she’s very kind, easy to chat with and friendly! The MOA’s are also very accommodating and welcoming. I can only write good things about this place cause that’s what it deserves! THANK YOU!

I had an RMT session with Natasha to address the pain in my neck and the tension in my shoulders and lower back. I am very happy with the results. The pressure applied during the session was just right, and I experienced a significant reduction in tension afterwards. Also everyone is so friendly and professional, and the clinic accept Sun Life. I highly recommend this clinic!

I had the most amazing experience at Bodymind! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff. The massage therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive to my needs, and I left feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated.

Zora is my masseuse and is the best I have ever had. I always leave feeling so much better. She incorporates stretching while massaging, which gives you that deep tissue feel. I would highly recommend her!
