Went through drive through since we were going to take our food home to eat. First off ordering via the speaker is a nightmare, they cant hear you properly. I asked for a classic asiago combo with no tomato and add pickles, a large strawberry lemonade and a large fry and 2 Junior bacon cheese burgers with only ketchup, mayo, cheese and bacon. It was so frustrating trying to order and she kept cutting me off that I forgot to order frostys which I was able to ask for at the window after.I got my strawberry lemonade with half a drop of strawberry syrup and all seeds in it and had to send it back and tell her it should be pink not yellow. When we got home (5 mins away) took out our food the large fry was half filled and cold, the cheese burgers were okay but I took one bite of the chicken burger and it was ssooo stale, dried out and not edible. This thing had to be sitting under a warmer for at least 30-60mins to be this dried out. There were also no pickles added to it at all. The bacon was cooked perfectly at least so I was able to eat that.Extremely disappointed visit today! We've been here a few times with no issues but I can see why they have so many bad reviews, drive through really needs to improve their service.

Excited to try out their new breakfast menu. Just found a bunch of egg shells in my breakfast sandwich near the end which ruined my experience. The coffees taste a little burnt/bitter too. I got a large with 2 cream 1 sugar.

Food quality didn’t meet the standards.Ordered poutine and got poutine with no gravy… just some drops around…Feels sad that a person can’t even enjoy a. Poutine these days….

Absolutely awful. Not only was our entire order wrong, but customer service here doesn’t exist. We ordered 3 cheesy cheese burgers and a pack of nuggets with sauce in drive thru. Person taking the order was rude, didn’t even say hi, said the total and then just handed us our bag of food. All of the burgers had no cheese, and there was no sauce for the nuggets at all. The employees looked like they wanted to be literally anywhere else but at work, and it truly showed

Giving an absolute 0. All thanks to the two ladies working at the night shift. Horrible way of talking, zero sense of customer service. Honestly, I’ve never had to ever give any place a zero review but they were horrible. They had no basic human decency or courtesy to speak. So much so that one of the women even shut the door on my face. Horrible horrible horrible is all I have to say! Never expected this from Wendy’s.

Great food and quick service. But recently I went and ordered two salads. One being a taco. Once I got home I got everything but the salad. Salsa, sour cream and chilli - all there. So when I called to let them know and was met with being told I’m just wrong. I was curious as to why customers were no longer important. I’m hesitant to go to this location again.

It's alright. Burgers are somewhat better than McD. But the salad wasn't what could be expected. Won't bother trying again there.

Good food but terrible staff harsh rude and when you go to the washroom. They immediately pounding on the door and then before you wanna have a chance to go to the washroom they tell you to hurry up and if? You don't hurry up. They opì⁸en the door and embarras You. Leaving me to get caught with my pants down. then they don't even apologize

Placed a door dash order and they forgot one of my items. I called and they say they are pretty sure" that they put the item in and accuse the driver of stealing it

We had a nice experience there. Both cheeseburger meals were presented as they will ordered, very friendly manager.
