Recently, I had the opportunity to take a BLS course through a local training center and was very impressed with the quality of the course. The course was designed to provide healthcare professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies.The course was taught by a knowledgeable and experienced instructor Sonny, who was able to provide clear and concise explanations of the various concepts and techniques covered in the course. The instructor was also able to answer any questions we had and provided helpful feedback during the hands-on practice sessions.The course covered a range of topics, including the importance of early recognition of cardiac and respiratory emergencies, effective chest compressions and ventilation techniques, proper use of an automated external defibrillator (AED), and team dynamics during resuscitation efforts.The hands-on practice sessions were particularly helpful and allowed us to gain confidence in our ability to perform the various techniques covered in the course. The instructor provided constructive feedback on our technique and was able to address any issues we were having.Overall, I found the BLS course to be informative, engaging, and well-structured. I would highly recommend this course to any healthcare professionals who are looking to improve their skills in responding to cardiac and respiratory emergencies.

Sunny is a fantastic instructor! He is very knowledgeable, kind, and made the course fun and enjoyable! I really enjoyed the interactive nature of the course, especially the real-time feedback of our chest compression quality.

Mr. Sunny is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. He's a funny guy. He used a variety of teaching methods and styles so as to keep it interesting the entire time. Very poor customer service. Poor direction to venue and no single consideration. Dont waste your time here.You dont need to know me as a student, but remember, no students without sponsors. And i stand by my word that you have poor customer service. How large of a class do you have that if you dont see a student turn up, why can't you call or you care less, you have gotten your money and thats all. You provide contacts for your business, yet you dont pick calls. You blatantly lied that you sent collow up mails that you didn't with unclear and improper directions. You will need to improve your business skills if you want to be successful because referrals speak a long way.

You can't beat the ambience! The cool environment, with temperature adjustment is specifically important when you're doing chest compressions. Very knowledgable instructor (Sunny), and very patient, kind and professional. Beats and Breaths Academy will be my go to place for life support courses from now on!

The trainer is well verse with the subject he's discussing. The place is perfect with ample space to move when we need to do demonstrations or activities and with proper ventilation and lighting. We understand every topics we discuss. Trainer is very friendly and approachable. It's a good experience to do First Aid Training.

The instructor is very informative. He's good in simplifying things for better understanding especially to those who are first timers. The equipment and lecture is all ready, organized and clean. The venue was easy to locate. I can't say any negative reviews at all.

Sunny was a phenomenal instructor and created a great teaching environment. Everything from registration to the simulations ran smoothly thanks to his efforts. He was transparent and easy to communicate with. Amazing job.
