I ordered my daughters birthday cake from here for July the 6th. Pick up was supposed to be for 11am and it wasnt ready until 12. I sent them a cake of how I wanted it to look like and it looked nothing like it. I sent them a message privately on their fb page and they read my message and then blocked me. Very disappointed with their customer service/the way they handle their unhappy customers. I dont recommend them.Edit to add- i changed the date ONCE. And if it didnt work for you, you should have said sorry that doesnt work for me. You blocking your customers when they are unhappy with you just shows a lot about the type of business that you are. Hence your ratings. Disgusting.

Got a chocolate cake with vanilla filling for my boys 1st Birthday. Showed a few pictures for ideas. When finished the entire thing was covered in sprinkles, which NONE of the pics sent had ANY sprinkles. The cake was way to dry and no taste whatsoever except for the intense sugar rush from the sprinkles. Overall terrible cake. Definitely not worth the money

Absolutely loved our cake!! Ordered a cake and cookies for my daughter's 8th birthday and turned out amazing! She was a delight to work with and designed the perfect cake and cookies for the theme I gave her!! My daughter screeched when she saw the cake and cookies!! Cake was delicious and a hit with everyone at the party! Cookies were perfect and kids loved them!When we arrived at the bakery to pick up, we ended up purchasing a few cheesecake cupcakes and regular cupcakes as they just looked irresistible...well they were so yummy! Definitely going to be ordering some of those soon!Highly recommend this bakery! Been going to her for years!!

Was told to go to website to book a class for the St. Patrick's cupcake decorating held on March 15th. In which I did and I got a confirmation page that states that the time was 4 to 6pm. Never paid attention to the Facebook page cause I don't follow her there. Just saw the advertisement. But the class was for 2 to 4pm. Sent a message to the owner and was told it was my responsibility to know what time the class was. Meanwhile the website told me 4 to 6pm.Asked for a refund or even some cupcakes to decorate with the kids since a paid for both my kids to do the class. I got neither. Also even told my neighbor to sign her son up and she received the same confirmation. Not impressed by her business practices, since there was an error on her website that she refuses to take ownership for. Out $65 and got nothing out of it. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else in the future, that wants to sign up for a class.

I got a cupcake free at my job from this place. Presentation was nice, it looked pretty. It was a peanut butter frosted chocolate cupcake. Frosting wasn’t terrible but also not great, and somehow it was still the best part. The actual cupcake was unfortunately very crumbly and dry, which seemed to be the consensus from those around me as well. I’m glad I didn’t pay for it. There was just not much moisture to keep it together unfortunately. Maybe more oil or butter would be beneficial. There’s potential to improve.

Being a client for just a little over a year now. Lisa and her staff are amazing. Either cupcakes, cheesecakes, cookies or cakes they are all delicious. Lisa listen to what you want and she creates masterpieces. So far this year I have participated in 3 of her classes decorating cakes or like the last one ugly sweater cookies. The group we had that night was great, we learned a lot, shared some great stories and best of all we came home with the fruit of our work. I will continue to give you my support whenever I can.

I was totally amazed at the quality of the goodies ( cupcakes, and cookies ) I received both through purchase and winnings.The cupcakes were so fresh, moist and full of flavor. They were certainly a hit when I got home.The price is amazing as well as Lisa and her hard working crew. Most definitely will be back when I need some treats or even just because.February 2021Been back a couple times since this original post and nothing has changed. Still the same fantastic service and the cupcakes, ginger bread house kit( way more candies and cereals than needed, but still put it all on, and even the board to put it on. And lots of icing) were all fresh and delicious. Their cocoa bombs are delicious also.Keep up the amazing job.

I ordered my son’s birthday cake, and wow…the attention to detail was on point! My son and his buddies loved the cake and the resemblance to his Roblox character! I’m planning on ordering all future cakes here!! Amazing value for the quality and detail! I didn’t know they had cupcakes and other ready baked goods. Had a couple of cupcakes and they were delicious too!
