From the start Omar gave AMAZING customer service. I had to cancel my first appointment due to it snowing and he was so kind about it. He is honest and fair with his pricing. I got a full detail (inside and out) and was so impressed by the job he did. I own a dog and I swear he got 99.9% of the hair out of the car which was always impossible for me to even try doing myself. I will definitely be recommending Bow Valley Auto Detail to all my friends and family and will be back!! You can tell he has a passion for his work which makes the experience that much better.

I have brought vehicles here to be detailed 3 times and have been consistently impressed with the results. Omar is a stand up guy who I trust to do the job right with attention to detail. Unlike many other detailing places, Omar avoids using greasy shine products to give a clean appearance, instead he puts in the work to actually clean surfaces.

My daughter had a mobile auto detailing company clean her car, the carpet stayed wet. I called Omar and he had me bring it in right away and looked after the problem. Great service and will definitely go back!! Thank you Omar!

My car is 12 years old and I have 4 kids. Let's just say this car is really lived in ( it's disgusting, like my children lol) Omar has taken the time to clean my car and he even got middle drink console to open again. That thing hasn't been working for forever. Thank you making my day Omar. Great service and fair price.

Omar is a magician - what an excellent job he did cleaning a vehicle I had purchased recently which was littered with dog hair, dog puke, dirt and dust. It looks like it was purchased brand new out of a dealership now after his time and effort. Worth every penny. Thank you!

I highly recommend this place for detailing. I came in and Omar took the time to make sure we were on the same page for what needed to get done on my vehicle which was to get it clean for selling. I came back astonished at the fantastic job he did. My vehicle came back pristine as if it were brand new. I will definitely come back to this shop! Omar did an excellent job. He gave my Jeep Cherokee a very thorough auto detailing. I am glad I did not throw away the car mats before I went to the shop because Omar made them look like new again. On the car mats alone I saved at least $50 not to mention the savings on the white scratches on the front bumper that Omar managed to remove. I highly recommend Bow Valley Auto Detail.

This was the first time I ever had a vehicle detailed. I love my Jeep and Omar took such good care of my Baby Jeep(as I call it) LOL. Such attention to detail and was knowledgeable about everything with how I wanted my Jeep to look and how to make it look brand new! The inside, outside, under the hood, front and back were perfect!! This is definitely my go to place for my Jeep forever and would recommend giving Omar a chance to prove what he can do for your vehicle!! Cheers Omar!!
