Never had a real issue with the BRANCH. TD itself can be a bit of a nuisance sometimes but that is reflective on the corporation not this location. Fees are more or less in line with other institutions and again not to be reflected on to this location or it’s staff. Any request I’ve made has been fulfilled competently and promptly. My S/O works as a teller at another institution and from what I’ve gathered the majority of complaints come from a misunderstanding of what a tellers job/power is, bank policy, and how banking in general works. People don’t like being told no especially when it comes to money. The only valid reviews are those that had genuinely poor customer service.

This is a great bank if you like to consistently be treated with disrespect and hostility. Somehow this bank has determined it is good for business to lie to their clients. Is TD going bankrupt? Is that why they are denying clients access to their accounts?

Always feel judged !!I am on income assistance as I am waiting for Disability due to some pretty heavy duty medical conditions. And frankly it doesn’t matter why I am not currently working, I pay the same amount of fees as the next person. The teller made a comment that they themselves couldn’t live on income assistance rates and that they are thankful for their job. But not in a very nice tone. This isn’t the first time this has happened and with two different tellers. You don’t know my back story so don’t try and make me feel sorry for you that you couldn’t live on what little dollars that I do have to live on.Go to any other location

Terrible bank to get a mortage with. Have paid off one house in full. Buying another with 26% down payment & large deposit.Their policies on age restriction housing is horrible and they do not tell you that up front. The appraisal fell through on their end & they do not use experienced people. You have to go through the full roller coaster ride to find this out, very stressful!!I have been a loyal customer for 50 years with them. I will not be dealing with them again & pulling all my funds out.The CEO of TD Canada needs to review their policies. The manger said they keep telling upper management but they are not listening. I know several people that have already withdrawn their funds because of this.They do not care about people with disabilities & having a policy on age rescrition housing is considered age descrimination.

Management are Confrontational.Argumentative and state back to laws that don't exist..I would suggest that TD Canada trust educate their managers a little Better in Canadian finance law..Disgusting experience

Worst experience. Teller doesn’t know how to deal with the customers, they don’t appreciate being you there customers, specially Indian girl at the first windowJust raise your standards towards your customers

I’ve always had an amazing experience at this location. They always ask you how your day is and really make an effort to connect with the customer. Great vibes here. Definitely recommend branching at this location!!
