Great space!! We love the Duke- wonderful atmosphere, beautiful exposed brick, lovely finishes. An abundance of time and thought were put into this building. Great environment to work in.

We rented a studio at The Duke building for our Christmas mini. From the beginning, Andrew (the owner) has been super accommodating and flexible with our date. He also answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. The space itself is very beautiful with lots of natural light, which is what I needed for my session. I'm so happy to have found this space for all my future indoor sessions. Highly recommended!

Such a creative and well executed vision for creative entrepreneurs! The building is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is one of innovation and positivity, really focusing on excellence and community. The office spaces are beautiful and the conference room really is a huge step up from other meeting spaces I've seen. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new office space, or a new place to hold meetings, as the conference room subscriptions are very reasonably priced.

The Duke
The Duke was exactly what we were looking for. The building is beautifully restored, clean and has all the needed amenities. The location, just off highway (both the 406 and QEW) and short walk to downtown, as well as the ease of parking, didn't hurt either. Andrew was very quick to respond and always accommodating to any requests we may have had.

The Duke is not only a beautiful space for creatives, and business owners to connect, network and work from - it also has space for photoshoots! It boasts bright light and brick & white walls to shoot infront of - every photographer and stylists dream! Highly recommend - call Andrew, now!!

Was a little tough getting mid-day boardroom reservations as it was often occupied for large periods of time, every day. Fortunately, I was able to arrange my meetings in the evening when the boardroom was not occupied. Other than that, it's a great space with lots of potential. I'd recommend in general, but especially so if you need an evening meeting space.

Each time I visit The Duke I am blown away all over again! Andrew Mark has created a stunning space, with natural light, exposed bricks and a breathtaking design. The Duke offers a welcoming and professional atmosphere to collaborate with other creatives or meet clients. I look forward to my next visit and highly recommend checking it out!

I’ve visited the Duke many times now for various reasons and gotten to know Andrew quite well. If you read through the comments here you will see over and over again what people’s first impressions of the Duke are. It is only after you stop by yourself, to catch a glimpse of what they are talking about, that you realize words don’t even begin to describe how unique and impressive this entire building is. Truly must be seen to be appreciated. From the conference room to the coffee bars to each of the uniquely sized office spaces, you are sure to find a workspace that’s perfect for you!

My fiance and I had our wedding photography meeting at The Duke a few months ago and I was in complete awe of the building. Very bright, welcoming and super clean and modern look. It really is in a league of its own when it comes to office buildings.

I’ve been tenanted here for over a year. It’s the perfect mix of old world charm combined with and all the modern amenities you’d expected in a co-working office space. Andrew is very personable and easy to interact with. The building provides us everything we need to successfully operate our business in the Niagara region. You’ll instantly love the coffee bar amenities and boardroom space!
