Sharpe Hearing Clinic
Thanks for giving me my life back with my custom ear plugs. As someone who will live the rest of his life with holes in my ear drums, it's a saving grace. I thought I could never swim again or always be afraid of the shower.Also appreciate the flexibility as I accidentally missed an appointment and forgot my wallet! It's nice to see a business actually care about you.

Tracy and Andrew are phenomenal. This is where I bought my hearing aids. I've been wearing hearing aids for over 30 years now and have been to many different places to buy hearing aids. Sharpe is my hearing aid home now and I won't be switching to another company again, because of the excellent customer service they provide. The people at Sharpe Hearing are friendly, outgoing, and go out of their way to keep customers happy. If I could give 10 stars out of 10, I would.

Excellent, friendly personal service. Andrew and Tracy are a great team. Had great recommendations and advise. Updating - their new location at Springwater Market place is nice - easy to find. Was in for routine hearing aid check all good, had tubes replaced and earmolds cleaned. In an out in about 15 minutes.

Great experience - the people here are quite friendly. No hassles at all for the impression process. Will update the review further upon receiving the productUpdate: The sound deadening ear plugs are functioning exactly as I had hoped. High quality material, and they actually stay in my ears unlike some cheaper, disposable options I've tried elsewhere.Really appreciate that they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule when picking up the ear plugs.

I have been a satisfied customer of Sharpe Hearing for a year or so. I had a hearing test on site and was found to have significant hearing loss. I was not aware of the loss. I was fitted with hearing aids very quickly and they have changed my life.

Amazing service and fantastic people! I was concerned when I realized I need some sort of hearing help at a relatively young age, being a musician, and exposed to too much volume. Andrew and Tracy were amazing! They explained what my options were, and got me sorted out right away. The difference was truly life changing. Sharpe Hearing Clinic's after sale service is second to none! Don't wait if you think you need help in this department, and go visit Andrew and Tracy.

It was such an amazing visit! The receptionist lady made me feel very welcome upon entrance. She was very caring and made sure I could hear everything on the other side of the plexi glass which I normally have trouble with in other places. Dr. Mark was absolutely amazing as well, he was very easy-going, friendly, and professional. He took all the time that he needed to help me go through tests, and went through results in details to help me understand everything.I felt absolutely pampered during the visit. Thank you so much for helping me! :) I am really happy that I chose this clinic!

My right hearing aid needed the wire replaced. I came from Toronto as I had recently moved, and I was able to walk in with no appointment. They replaced the wires on both and cleaned them for me. I was very impressed with the customer service!! Thanks guys! Id rather make the drive to deal with Sharpe Hearing than use a new company.

I don't leave a lot of reviews but I have found Sharpe Hearing Clinic to be so helpful that I thought I would leave a comment. Marc has been great, listens to what I say and makes adjustments including trying a different brand. I had tried a different place first but they were a lot more money and didn't explain what it was I was getting for that money. Everyone is very friendly and they want to help.
