This is nothing against the doctor as I still have yet to meet Dr.doley.(I think that's how you spell it).CANCELATION FEES SHOULD BE MADE CLEAR FROM THE BEGINNING NOT AFTER HAVING TO CANCEL FOR SOMETHING OUTSIDE OF A PARENTS CONTROL.

The receptionist has no idea what she’s doing. Cannot take messages if her life depended on it. Has no regard for the patients. Very disappointed in the way she handled a minor misunderstanding. She was unapologetic and combative. My wife was in tears from the stressful phone call where we tried to reschedule an appointment and ended up switching paediatricians offices entirely. As a new parent, it’s already a stressful learning experience and we don’t need the added stress from a disrespectful receptionist.

Dr. Uthayalingam is incredibly kind, down to early and extremely thorough. He was great with our child. We didn’t ever feel rushed during our appointments. I’m very thankful to have been connected to him.

Terrible patient care for my Indigenous child and family. Dr Liu and the student were very dismissive of our medical concerns and cultural approaches and values in medicine. We were not even asked if we wanted a student to look at our child which took up 20 minutes of the time slot appointment. Will never take our child back.. Instead of hearing our concerns from the last few weeks thay could be pertinent to the urgent situation she actually told us that we only had a half hour for the appointment so she couldn't look at our child's medical needs. She said we were there for the urgent issue only, downplaying our concerns. We didn't appreciate that she ruled out what the pain wasn't but REFUSED to test to find out what the pain was. To prove herself right she called us on Easter Sunday only 1.5 days after a urine culture was taken which can take up to 3 days to rule out infection to tell us she was right. That's like checking a pregnancy test after only 1.5 minutes. Well our child had been on meds for 48 hours and felt better hy the time she had taken the test. The medication was helping and she decides to take her off the meds. Now she feels sick again and we still dont know why. I feel Dr Liu behaved in a completely egotistical manner and was not concerned about our child's health whatsoever. This is why Indigenous people need our own doctors by our own communities.

Just had a hour long evaluation with Dr.U and I can’t say enough about him. Absolutely AMAZING. Great with kids, knowledgeable and very sweet. I left today feeling so much better. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else!! Thank you Dr.U :)

I met Dr. Liu when my son was born early and in the Brantford NICU. I really liked her professionalism, personality, how thorough she was and I didn't feel rushed when I had questions. My son has had a lot of health issues (he's 4 months old), has had lots of hospital stays and airway surgery. She has been absolutely amazing at catching everything, listening to my concerns and following through with specialists, or anything that will rule things out or to get a proper diagnosis. When she says she's going to do something, she follows through. Highly recommended!

This review goes towards the reception staff. Rude, combative, and extremely unhelpful. My son was born 3.5 months early, I dont have anything bad to say about his pediatrician but the issue is how unreachable she is. We have called about 3 times in the past year and few months, once when my son got Covid, once when he wouldn't eat for 9 days, and most recently when he was having breathing issues. All 3 times we went to our family doctor, to which he asked us to see our pediatrician as she knows more of an extend to our sons medical history, and also doesn't want to take any chances. It's also important to note that due to my son's history, we were told to reach out if we have any concerns or issues. In case of an emergency, obviously we would call 911 or go to a hospital. However not everything is an emergency, and it's in these times we've called our pediatrician. Her staff have repeatedly said go to your family doctor"

Absolutely love Dr. Liu. She asks lot's of important question to get to know your little one. Dr. Liu is so refreshing and makes you feel very comfortable. Again a great paediatrician! I remembered her when I gave birth to my daughter so when my family doctor asked about going to see a paediatrician Dr. Liu was of course my pick. She has made a lasting impression with us.
