My husband had problem with his battery he spoke to them over the phone they told him to bring it in i brought the battery there the welcome i get from AJ was very pleasant and he know wat the problem was and he treated me very good i would go back there anytime good customer service

I was looking for a replacement battery for a discontinued GPS. I tried many companies over the phone and by internet with out success .My girlfriend reminded me how good was Magnacharge when we were living in Etobicoke, I tried on the weekend and the same day I had a positive response.Very professional, friendly, helpful, accommodating and excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!!

I was searching for a specific magnacharge battery. Dealing over the phone was a bit confusing. One rep said they have it, and the other one said they don't. But at the end I was able to find it but not the exact match. Otherwise it's an ok experience.

Dude with the phanny pack nothing but rude and doesn't listen to a word you say. Only like 2 people here worth dealing with. If it wasn't for the fact my company uses their service I wouldn't go here.
