Had a vehicle towed in Dec 23...went to pick up personal belongings and plates and was refused entry! The excuse given was that they needed permission from the insurance company, which is 100% not true! I suppose this is the season to rack up storage fees and leave people waiting for nothing. I've been an insurance adjuster for over 17 years and this is unacceptable!!

My wife and I purchased a school bus that was being serviced in Woodstock. We needed to have the bus transported to Prince Edward County. Ken’s Towing was fairly local to the location and from their reviews, we thought we would give them a call. From our initial call, they were friendly and advised we would get a call back for more details and they did. They kept us informed every step of the way and also called ahead to ensure someone would be there to receive the school bus. Justin was fantastic and handled the delivery with care and finesse! He was professional and very friendly and highly skilled as he navigated the bus into the driveway. I would use Ken’s towing again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them for your towing needs!

UPS driver here, and just as I thought the day was going smooth my truck broke down.I want to give a Huge shout out to MARK!Not only was he there like a bolt of lighting , he didn’t waste anytime hooking up.he was such a gentleman and so pleasant to talk to for the 30-35 minute drive back to my centre.Amazing service!!!Thank you kens/ mark !Highly recommend.
