Kathy is fantastic! She’s upbeat, funny, and kind. She is quick to respond, and help answer any question you might have. She’s also great at triaging issues and responding with a sense of urgency, even when it’s not urgent. Like early on a Saturday morning when she doesn’t need to be responding! I cannot say enough great things about her and her professionalism! Don’t pick the other person, pick Kathy! You won’t regret it.
