Fitness Town

I came to this place with high expectations and got everything I hoped for. After being greeted in a reasonable amount of time, I met a sales rep, which was very knowledgeable and professional. I really like the get it done attitude here and couldn't be happier with my purchase. When I returned the next day with my truck, they helped me load the equipment, too. I highly recommend this location for any exercise equipment or related advice.

I wanted to get a spin bike and had my mind set on one, I was greeted by Gerry and WOW ! he explained all the options and was very candid about what they have and don't. Gerry then phoned me the next day with a killer deal and bam next day I had my bike delivered and set up ! INCREDIBLE ! I love the new spin bike and can't wait to take this weight off ! 10/10 would go again and buy anything else that I need from them.

I was assisted by Gerry. Excellent, honest service, and did not pressure to buy. He took the time to explain the different Lifespan treadmills and helped me find the right one for my home. Will definitely buy here again. Thanks, Gerry!

It has come to my attention recently that this store does not honor their warranty. A friend of my family friend purchased a treadmill 3 years ago. Lately the belt of the running deck started to tear on the treadmill and they wanted to see if they could get the parts replaced. Seeing on their invoice that they have 5 year for parts they gave this store a call. After many excuses and reasons they were denied the replacement of the part and was told it would cost upwards of $1000. Now how is this possible when the invoice clearly says 5yrs for PARTS. As far as I know, the belt is a PART of the treadmill It is clear that this company is trying to take advantage of seniors (as these people are seniors) or non native English speakers and trying their best to void the warranty and not take responsibility. I would highly recommend others to shop elsewhere. A store that does not honor their own warranty is despicable.

Yesterday I went to Fitness Town on Marine Drive to pick up a replacement plug for my fitball. No other store I called had a spare nor do these plugs get sold separately accept on Amazon and they were not available much to my disappointment! I called one last store which was this store and although they don't sell them, Lorne found me a spare one and just gave it to me. Well I was so relieved and happy to he able to use my fitball again.I'm thinking I would like a kettle bell or 2 and I will definitely buy from this store. I feel I got excellent customer service and I highly recommend this Fitness Store. A shout out to Lorne for saving the day for me so I could do my fitball workout routine.

Was super happy to find they had the product I wanted at a reasonable price. Unfortunately I couldn't get the online ordering to work. Called and verified stock, drove by to pick up. There were a few technical issues with confirming stock on arrival, and doing up the order. But the staff were pleasant and helpful. And in the end I did get the product. Many thanks!

Had no issue at this location. Pretty much has all the equipment you need. I went there to buy a belt and lucky they had one belt left for my size. It's a hit a miss to find your sizes , hopfully your lucky like I was . Other than that I would recommend this location , the guys at the front are very knowledgeable about all the equipment so I had no issue at all highly recommend this establishment

if I could give this place a 0 review I would. I am a new gym owner and I bought a $5000 treadmill from fitness town to outfit my new gym. It broke 2 months after we bought it and that was back in December. We are still waiting for a part to come in from the manufacturer according to fitness town. It's been 6 months.... and they've made no attempt to replace our treadmill temporarily or expedite so that we may continue our running rehab with our clients.I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and action taken by this company and will not to recommending any colleagues or other business owners to outfit their gym using them.

I would just like to say that my experience shopping here has been excellent. I have purchased quite a bit and the staff, especially Lorne have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional. They go the extra mile. Lorne has followed up with me on several occasions. The staff are personable and funny. It is a real treat to come to the store. I am extremely pleased with my purchases. I look forward to going back. I recommend this store highly. You can’t go wrong with Lorne and his team. My keiser spin bike is amazing.Thank you

Good place to see and try out gym equipment before you buy it. They have good stuff for home gym and offices as well as commercial big items. Prices are okay, fair - when compared to online prices. They have sales sometimes and there is usually 1-2 people there to help ring you out. They are not that helpful in terms of service tbh. Very self serve.Free parking in their lot.
