My mum hired a car from this Budget and used it for a week in driving around Vancouver Island. One day before it was due back, she became ill, meaning she'd have struggled to return it.Luckily, Jason from Budget was a superstar of customer service. He arranged, remotely, for me to be added to the insurance. He also worked things out so that the car could be returned to a different branch, and then phoned ahead to alert them I was coming.Everything worked out perfectly - and I cannot emphasise enough how helpful Jason was. He turned a stressful situation into something calm and straightforward.I very strongly recommend this branch.

Poor customer service. Will never go there and never recommend another one too. When do the booking told $55.05 per day including insurance. When going to pick the car was $91.08 plus $350 from credit card. I would give zero stars but doesn't allow me.
