Great place if I was a thief and steal from there

Staff are unmasked and unfriendly. Glared at me when I asked if I could get by them-completely blocking a main aisle. Not a smile to be seen.

No way can my disabled wife get into the store on her mobility chair it will not climb the high sidewalk the only ramp to the sidewalk is 4 storefronts away 500 yards and her mobility chair only just managed to climb a four inch step to the ramp I shall not go ever again if your disabled don't go sidewalks are dangerous

Waited for five mints for cashier to come at the till. The girl with blue green hair was there as a cashier she was so rude with some kinda attitude don't even know how to do customer service didn't ask me if I need a bag or hi or anything. I never complain about anything but she was worst customer service employee I have ever seen

I like the store. It is new and clean. But I did not appreciate the experience I had today. I wanted to buy utility lights that are displayed at $2 each on the shelf. Returned to buy more. Came to check out- they came up at $4 each. The manger was called and she said that the tags (x 2) on the shelf were wrong and they would not do the price match. No demonstration of regret for the error in the store, just said they had new staff. I ended up buying fewer than I wanted. Even though it is a dollar store, courteous customer service still should be part of the experience

Never go to this location. Manager was so rude she don't even know how to do customer service, Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I arrived at the store with trepidation given previous reviews, especially about the employees, but really hoping to give a five-star review. The place was very clean which was impressive but it was a smaller Dollarama with less stock but I still left the rating at 5 out of 5 at this point. My rating even stayed the same when the employee in the aisle ignored me. Perhaps he was simply respecting my privacy? However, my rating dropped to two when the cashier removed her mask and drank some water and refused to put her mask back on despite my request. My transaction wasn't finished and there she was without a mask....sadly. I really wanted to give this place a five-star review or at least a four-star review. The place was empty at 6:30 p.m. or so on a Tuesday night so I thought it would be safe to shop there but the cashier and her disregard for me and public health orders made it feel like a place I don't need to visit again. Darn.Actually a second visit was much better. A store employee in the aisles was very helpful. And so I would have rated it as a five again but the cashier was not at all interested in serving me.

Just another basic, Dollarama. Hard to navigate the aisles, cheap, useless products, no people to help, and the lines are always ridiculous.Every time I’ve been there, there has only been one person on the tills, dealing with about a dozen customers. Takes forever just to get out of there.
