Costco Tire Center

1. They damaged the tire pressure monitor and ask $60+ for a new one. I didn't pay for it so I still don't have a tire pressure read since.2. There was 2 inch of water in my thunk after a tire service because they left the thunk open outside the garage in a heavy rain.3. I have 2 set of rims for my summer tires and snow tires. They put the tires on wrong set of rims and promised by manager Mark to revise. When I send email to him to make an appointment, I never got a response.Bad service and attitude.

Extremely horrible service and car damage. Only care about your money but not your car or tires.

The only positive experience was the friendly staff!I made and appointment at 3 pm and it took almost 2 hours to receive the car back! I found an oil on the wheel drive. I don’t think it worth it to come here if you find the tires somewhere else where you get it faster with a reasonable price.

It took me 3 weeks to find an oil change appointment. Went there and I was told that they will call me back in about an hour. Almost 2 hours later I go back to check on the car and was told they can’t change the oil because they don’t have the filter for the car. They could have saved my time and asked me to reschedule.

Do not waste your money! I have bought multiple sets of tires from Costco in Ancaster over the years thinking they will support me over a quality issue. This week I had the side wall on my Costco purchased tire blow out. First return to Costco ever for a tire. I took the tire back and they said that they were going to do a tread check to calculate the warranty. There was only a few thousand km on the tire. Almost no wear. I waited and waited and she came back and placed the order for my repla. tire and then she started flipping through the Bridgestone book and then just said we aren’t giving you any credit because we didn’t install the tire. I told her that I would have had the tires installed at the time but the shop wasn’t available for over a week. I said you can see that the side wall failed and still no credit. They charged me more for the replacement tire than I paid for the original?? They charged me to dispose of the failed tire too? After 5 - 6 sets of tires purchased from Costco I will never buy them there again. It’s not worth saving a few dollars over another tire shop to get this service.

Staff is great, especially Chris who genuinely cares about the customers. Competitive prices and convenient shopping while the tires are being installed. Great experience.

Yup the only and last time I use their tire center I suspect. I realize things may happen that cause the tire change to take longer. But they knew a balancer broke and would cause delays. Someone though made the decision not to inform the customers. I originally asked when a 2130 appointment was made whether I should leave the vehicle overnight. I was specifically dissuaded as it will only take an hour". I dropped my vehicle off 30min early and found something to do nearby (Costco store was closed obviously) and then came back 1.5hrs later to see my van right where I left it. I waited another 45min after asking after it for them to rush it... Unacceptable. I'll take it to a local shop next time

I would give a 5 star for the installation service as usual, but this time I'm surprised for the client service; I had an appointment at 12:00 pm and was told the tires would be installed within one hour so I came back by 1:00 pm and mentioned I was there to pick up my car. I asked about it a couple times, they went in to check but didn't get back to me. at 2:20 pm they told me the car was ready an hour ago. how is that possible? I was in there the whole time, asking for my car..

The staff at the optical center have no customer service or listening skills. I will gladly drive 10 more minutes to Burlington to get help; rather than repeatedly explain myself for 25 minutes to someone who can barely comprehend basic english. Very frustrating experience both times I went in. Never again.
