Please people don’t trust this man with your diamonds, I gave him 13 good quality and good size diamonds and a square emerald to make me a ring, he took my good diamonds and replaced them with tiny chips low grade diamonds, he is a thief and a crook cannot be trusted, so he remade my ring with a little bigger diamonds but still not mine, I contacted my old jeweller and she confirmed that I was ripped of by this thief!!! Do not trust him with your jewelry

We have been shopping here for many years - we have purchased numerous expensive pieces from this shop. Earlier this year, my husband spent a lot of money having a sapphire stone replaced in a ring that had sentimental value. After wearing the ring for four days, the new sapphire had fallen out and was gone. I was devastated - I went into the store that day to find out what could be done. I was told that I must have hit my hand and cracked the stone and there is no fault on their part. No responsibility was taken...glad to know that the expensive stones they sell crack easily. Very disappointed and will never take my jewelry here again.

Fourteen years ago I took a pair of very ugly earrings I bought on eBay to Kevin and he set the diamonds (colour L to M) in white gold at a reasonable cost to me. The earrings were beautiful and when wearing them they sparkle better than the stars. Since then, Kevin has designed two more pairs of earrings, too many rings to count, and at least 3 necklaces / pendants. In addition to repairing bracelets, clasps, restringing pears, sizing rings and battery / glass replacement for watches. In fact, Kevin and Susan had to go see a movie when I asked them to make an item from scratch based on a movie I had seen; which was my birthday present to me (best present ever)! I've sent countless people to Lapis Lazuli as many people come to me to find out who redesigns the used" jewellery and they know I have quality pieces. Having said that

Had a thin gold chain break and even lost some pieces by the clasp and this was all repaired in a matter of a couple hours so same day repair and for a very good price. This jeweller took good care of this repair and provided excellent customer service. Super happy and will return/ be referring this place to others for any jewelry needs.

Excellent service. Engagement ring was damaged after accidentally closing it in a door. The ring itself was bent and the setting was loose.We had gone up the street to Robert Cleeve first, and the results were overpriced and disappointing. We ended up taking the partially repaired engagement ring to this place and they fixed it in a day for less money (they had originally quoted us for the entire repair and it was lower than Robert Cleeve as well. We mistakenly went with Robert Cleeve initially because of the Google review score. Lesson learned.)Owner was very helpful, explained the process before the repair was done and even re-plated the ring (white gold) afterwards. It was good as new!

The new owner Anto Boyadjian created a beautiful necklace from my mother's wedding ring. His workmanship and creativity is on par with creations done by Mark Lash only cheaper.I would recommend him highly.
