I had two flat tires and a damaged rim that I needed repaired and was able to bring my car in to Certech last minute (and I’ve never brought my car here previously but it is right up the road from me so super convenient). They explained everything to me so well and gave me various quotes/options for tires and rims. I brought my car in late afternoon on a Thursday, and they had my car ready to go before noon the next day. The service is exceptional and everyone is so kind! Will definitely use them again.

I used to come here for every oil change for almost 7 years, in the past few 2-3 years they would call every time after I dropped off my car to try to add more expenses on. Last year they told me my back brake pads were shot and running on the metal and the front pads wouldn't last more than a few months. My dad checked my front pads and he said they weren't even close to being low, they had about 15k still left on them. Why they assumed I would drive 15 thousand kilometres in 2-3 months, I don't know. It made me question how much was on my replaced brake pads as there was indication that they were running on metal"

I took my vintage Cadillac Eldorado in for a repair that was recommended by another .mechanic. Marc and Dave looked it over and told me that the $400.00 repair was not necessary. They didn't charge me for the time spent evaluating. When I walked to my car I notices a bulge on one of my tires. Dave located new tires for me and he installed them that day. These guys are friendly and professional, they only do work that is necessary. I am happy to know there is a reliable and ethical mechanic shop right up the road from my home.

Dave and his crew are amazing! Had a hole in my tire, was told to get a whole new set, he priced out the one and swapped my winter and summer tires. Saved me over $900.I honestly love how he interacts with his clients and I can see why my friend is a loyal customer. I am, too! I'll be back for pretty much everything from now on. Totally worth the drive.

Went here to get an alignment. Only paid $130 and they had my car up a couple times just to make sure the alignment was as correct as it could be. Great and fair shop!Update: I've been here several times over the years and everyone is super awesome and honest. I'm lucky to be only a short distance from this shop. Thanks Dave!
