This review is based on a massage session with RMT Tony.Pros: Tony was fantastic. He started off with a quick but thorough assessment. The massage was very good and he communicated very well. I was also able to schedule an appointment same day. Very professional and I will definitely be coming back.Cons: The only little thing that could be better is that the walls were a bit thin so you could hear people talking and things happening. I personally do not care but I imagine some people might.Notes: This is not a spa so do not come here expecting nature sounds or anything of that sort.

Amazing facility and top notch team running the place. Everyone is super knowledgeable in their respective fields and was a major help with my nagging injuries and fitness goals. This gym puts as much care in their patients as they do in the exquisite finishes of this beautiful facility….A++++++

This gym is the best! I really enjoy the lifting and intense classes. All the trainers are amazing and excellent at what they do and really help push and motivate me. The classes are really fun and challenging and I'm thankful for this place that makes me actually excited to go to the gym again. The staff and other members make it a lively and accepting atmosphere. The clinic staff are also so great and help keep me healthy and pain free to let me keep working on my progress. Highly recommend giving this gym a try.

Excellent facility! Modern, very functional, superbly clean and surrounding/atmosphere is inspiring. Staff are courteous and extremely helpful. Looking to meeting my goals with my Trainer, Karisa, who is knowledgeable, patient (I’m a newbie when it comes to working out) and extremely helpful.

My first time and it was great. Thought I was just going for a massage. I received a personalized experience targeting my specific mobility needs and tension. Would highly recommend after just my first visit. Tony was great.

First time at Strength-N-U for a massage.I came in for a 60 minute massage with Tony Tran. My massage was amazing, we concentrated on my lower half and my hamstrings, calves and knees are THANKING Tony today!! Great pressure, great technique, & great conversation.Definitely booking with Tony again.

This was the best and most educational and beneficial massage I’ve ever received! Brendan was very gentle yet used the forces necessary to get out my knots. He was also so very patient in explaining to me the causes of my pain. Gave me great advice and stretching protocol. I’m looking forward to the rest of my healing journey with him.
