Really cool concept - not very busy but better selection of take out food than the lounge. Things here that aren’t in the lounge: kombucha, sparkling flavored water, and all the take out wraps & salads that used to be at the lounge before.

What a great concept. Scan your boarding pass and enter a wonderland of goodies. To go bags to load up and take on the flight.

Clean, modern, nice atmosphere for a lounge. It wasn't very busy on the Monday morning I visited. They had an interesting selection of handmade coffee drinks as well as to-go drinks and snacks. Would come again!

I like this way better than the MLL. It's decorated nicer and has very similar offerings but with the addition of to-go food and barista-made coffee drinks. They put a Caesar salt rim on my cider but they were super nice and polite when I asked them for a different glass. I'll probably skip the MLL and just come here next time!

Terrific lounge. Modern, nice space, clean, and quiet! Unique alcoholic drink options too such as espresso martini fizz, craft cider etc.Service wasn't great as they seemed understaffed and it took quite a while to find someone to make me a drink thoughOverall, the Air Canada Cafe is a million times better than the regular MLL upstairs.

One of my favourite AC lounges as they usually have higher quality food and snacks and to go bags in case you like to take some stuff with you for the flight.

Air Canada Cafe seems like the NEXUS lane for a cappuccino. It’s cleaner, newer and significantly faster than the standard domestic and international Air Canada lounges. It’s open to Star Alliance Gold members only which sets it up as an isolated relaxed atmosphere. It’s a stark contrast from the regular lounges where first time flyers with new credit cards get full family access. The food is mostly the same; however, the process of getting to it is expedited. It certainly has the cleanest bathrooms in Pearson. Now we need Air Canada to create similar experiences at other domestic sites.

The two ladies at the bar Friday evening are amazing staff! Great service, very friendly... Food was good and crowds were manageable... Thanks for making the delay tolerable!
