I’m not sure what the salty reviews are about, can’t believe everything you hear on the internet except what you’ll hear from me!Scott and Aryn are fantastic! I’m not very tech savvy but Scott was amazing in getting me set up with what I wanted. His pricing was very reasonable and his knowledge and patience with my numerous questions about the same things over and over was very much appreciated.I’ve recommended his business a few times to friends and will recommend it to you right now!Thanks for everything guys!

This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. The owner Scott made me feel completely uncomfortable.I notice they have two terrible reviews and all of a sudden two great reviews, it is easy to guess which are real and which are fake.Really unprofessional company with prices higher than their competitors. My husband asked if they could supply criminal record checks for employees and owners and they refused. They dont do any of the monitoring even though they call themselves a monitoring company, after much questioning they finally admitted that it is done in Vancouver so should there be a problem with the alarm or monitoring it becomes very muddy as to who you are actually dealing with.I would never recommend this company

Very personable/ friendly company, very professional. They see all the little things that make such big diffrents, seeing into the future with things that make it so much smother in long run not just taking the quickest easiest way for themself . they work alone side what my needs and want where. Would highly recommend this company. There product is great and they really make me feel like I'm the only thing that matter when I call up (not that I have to very often ) will continue to us this company for years to comeThanks Scott and aryn

Great honest, reliable, professional, service. I have known the owners for over 12 years now and I completely trust them to look after my monitoring. They know what they're doing, extremely knowledgable, hard working, always available and supportive whenever I call or have any questions. I have no idea what those other reviewers are on about. I read their other reviews on other businesses, looks like their just nasty miserable people and not supportive of local businesses.

Terrible service, arrived late, forgot parts then tried to overcharge me for the service. 100% do not recommend this company

We have used Laserstar for over 7 years with no issues. We have had great interactions with the owners and find them caring and attentive. Scott works hard to assess individual needs with the best security system. I would highly recommend Laserstar.

The response time was excellent. When I called there was a knowledgeable person to speak with. They made me feel that they genuinely cared. I found their pricing to be very competitive. They followed up on my requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
