Excellent service, the machines clean really good and you not need to speend alot of time!

I've been to this place few times and am pretty happy with the service. There are many washers and dryers available and I didn't have to wait at all the few times I have been there. The place is also well maintained and the owner is on top of things and generally helpful. They are strict about timings so make sure you get there at least an hour and a half or more before they close.

Horrible service I've ever received in Canada since I arrived. There was a signal where said they were open until 6pm and it was 5:30pm and she told us that we needed to do it faster because she needed to go home. Horrible customer service ever :/

Beyond rude and they keep changing prices from one visit to the next. Machines are old and do not work well

Good service and strong machines! I understand that the owner doesn't speak fluent English hence why some customers might find it annoying as the way he explains stuff sometimes might seem rude to others. But he is actually a nice guy and the location is perfect too.

The owner was kind and helpful.He can exchange cash only, but has quarters and loonies at the front desk. $5 washer, $2-3 dryer.Some of the machines are out of order and need repair, so you may need to be a bit patient if someone is ahead of you.Pretty good! I would go back.

The chinese guy(not sure if he is the owner) was so RUDE and yelled at me when he checks my laundry as he said it was too FULL of clothes and there was no more water in the machine. He was so bad and treated me like a todddler. I was very embarassed, and shocked as he yelled at me and tries to argue with me infront of other customers. This guy has a poor ethics and very bad customer service. If you are the owner of a business like this, you should talk and treat your customer nicely and politely so they will come back and do business with you again. The environment is not even clean and organized and his machines were old.I am not going to this coin laundry anymore ,traumatizing experienced!

I've done my laundry twice at this place so far and will definitely come back to do more. Nothing fancy but functional. The owner seems helpful enough and there is an area to relax while there and a bathroom as well.
