If I could, I would give zero stars. The girl in the morning was semi-helpful, took my information and said they would give us a call when they arrive to pick up our shipment between 12-2. Well, 12 and 2 O'clock came and no call. I call them again and a very rude guy picks up the phone and said that they were there at 12 (no phone call was given to let us know). He said between 12 and 2 doesn't work for them - well then don't tell ME you'll be there between 12 and 2. I call him back about 15 minutes after I get off the phone with him to schedule a time for tomorrow morning and he is rude and short with me. I hope I never have to use this courier in Penticton again.

They are great they deliver to ne which is appreciated

Freight always delivered with some damages to either the wrapping or the product. Have claims still outstanding! Kelowna depot seems to be the worst and don't care how they handle the freight!

I am not sure yet how well they will deliver but they were very helpful in helping me understand how they could meet my needs and setting up an account for my business.

Fast, affordable, with plenty of great tips on how to pack and ship difficult items.

There was 1 helpful person, I got passed around like a ragdoll on there phone system, took 2hrs to book a pick up drop off, then they didn't even complete the delivery and I ended up sending someone out to pick up the package from there warehouse. Come on guys I was in a really bad need an item point A to B in a hurry and I counted on them they did not provide, costing our company another day of work on an out of town job.
