We were in need of a bearing wall removal, opening up our home has been a dream of ours for a while now. Our friends had Eastview homes build their beautiful addition, and we had no doubt who to call when it came time for our project. Keith and his team were on time, polite, clean, professional and quality work. We'll most certainly be working with Eastview in our future projects.

Project summary:full house renovation including complete redesign of kitchen, master ensuite, stairs and walk in closet.Project start date: September 2021End date: April, 20226 months after moving in our newly renovated house, we are now in a good position to vouch for the quality of the work done. Also we are lucky to be in a position to provide a proper like to like comparison.Keith and his employees are rough carpenters by trade and general contractor by profession. He runs his business with an extremely tightly knit team of sub contractors and the end result of the project shows that over the years he has managed to hand pick some of the best trades in the business. I would like to mention a few areas demonstrating exceptional quality of workCarpentry: Every frame, baseboard and archway his team touched came out to be flawless to the inch.Painter: Try to find a spot in the entire 3400 sq feet of house with bad paint, you wont find any.Electrician: again everything installed to the code and to the inch precision.Kitchen: mind you it was a fully redesigned kitchen including a pantry. Every guest ever visited our house ever since has been in awe of the design, quality and cabinetry.Tiler: What a sweet person he was, we changed our mind midway tile installation and he did not flinch for a second.About the comparison I mentioned above.A friend of mine did similar kind of massive renovation and although the promises made by his contractor were definitely more inviting, but the end cost, duration and quality was nowhere near. In the end I am so glad that we went with Eastview. We are at ease now and have a huge peace of mind.

This fall/winter we had the pleasure of partnering one of our co-op the professionals at Eastview Homes. The student received top-notch on-the-job training and mentorship from Keith over the course of 4.5 months. As a result of Keith’s encouragement, guidance and wealth of knowledge, the student completed their co-op experience with great confidence in the skill set they developed. They also developed an understanding of what superior quality looks like, as the work Eastview Homes produces is beautiful!
