Update: had my second hair cut done by Marina. She’s wonderful! The staff here are all friendly and nice. Smiling and laughing. Creases a good atmosphere for the customers as well.Love my new hair cut! If you have curly hair, you HAVE TO see Marina.Normally I go to another Chatters location in the city, but in the spur of a moment, I decided I wanted my hair cut short for summer time! Plus, I'm a single mom, working, and in school! So it was tricky to try and book in at the other spot!Luckily on Wednesday when I looked online, Chatters @Lawson had an opening available! So I booked it, and went to see Marina.My hair had a lot of dead ends and was very dry. The dry ends made my neck and shoulders itchy when it would touch.My hair is naturally thick and wavy/curly. But I was also tired of the same haircuts every time. Only an inch or two off, lots of layers...so this time I wanted shorter. Around shoulder length, and no layers.Marina did awesome with my hair! Didn't take too long to get it done either. She also didn't thin my hair out which I love because a lot of stylists assume that people with thicker hair, always want it thinned out!She also french braided my hair after cutting it. It was so cute. She's really nice too!I was feeling down and the new haircut was just what I needed! Thank you so much!

I really like going to this location as I started going to Lorne about a year ago and I am really happy with the hair cut I get. Lorne understands what I am looking for in a hair cut and Lorne always delivers.I enjoy our visit and and come away a happy customer.The front desk girls are also so nice and very professional.Great job to Lorne and the front desk staff.Thank youBarb

Would not recommend spending your money at this business for a male haircut. This haircut is the worst I have ever received!! Everything is EXTREMELY uneven, distinct transitions between different trimmer lengths, side burns where neglected. Scissors where used around my ears got stabbed twice, whereas a trimmer is normally used in that location. The price is also on the higher end. I will be taking my business elsewhere to get my hair fixed.

Becky always does a great job on my hair. They was realistic about how light my hair can go in one appointment, taught me how to properly style my hair and set me up on a great shampoo/conditioner regime that has does wonders for my hair. Additionally, as a non binary lesbian, they made me feel safe by respecting my pronouns and asking if I had a partner rather than assuming I'm straight and asking about a boyfriend. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking a LGBTQ+ friendly hair stylist or well, to anyone looking for a hair stylist regardless of their sexual orientation or gender.

Thanks for refusing to finish cutting my sons hair because he was crying. Keep in mind he is 18 months old . Also being rude about it AND still charging for the hair cut. I guess we will finish his hair cut at home.
