KMR/Brookswood Appliance

Called about my dryer that was suddenly no longer drying. Jonathan scheduled me in the next day. He arrived on time, was super polite and got to work right away. Explained the 3 things it could be and once he had it apart diagnosed and showed me the broken part and replaced it (had all the potential parts with him). Cleaned up and put it back into place better than before. Tested it and waited to make sure all was working as it should. The cost was more than worth it, very fair. Guy is a total pro, very friendly and a straight shooter. 100% recommend this company.

We have Jonathan to help us fix our leaking fridge. I googled the reviews of this company first and then made a phone call. He asked me some questions about the fridge. I checked the price. This company really does “same day service.” He is very professional and also willing to explain and teach what we want to know. He cleaned out everything before he left. I will recommend this company to my friends.

I contacted this company via email and they responded the very next day. Mike was friendly and professional on the phone. He sent a technician named Sheldon to assess my fridge. Sheldon was very knowledgeable, kind, professional and punctual. He advised me that it was best to replace my appliance. Upon purchasing the new fridge, I called the company back. Jonathan answered and was also very helpful and professional. As per y request, he sent Sheldon to install my new fridge. Sheldon provided me with knowledge about my new appliance and was very kind to explain to me what he was doing. I am definitely calling KMR Brookswood Appliance in the future should I need their services. There is no point calling anyone else!

Bought a washing machine from these guys instead of going through a private sale, and boy are we glad we did... the used washer gave us issues early on, so one of the owners came by to inspect it himself - he could not find a problem so they swapped it out for a different unit (delivered and brought up the stairs). Since we were under the 6 month warranty - none of this costed extra! Wow... what great service!

Though we didn't get repairs done here. The honestly of this company will make me come back if needed . We brought our unit there and he quickly knew the issues and was honest about not doing the repairs due to the high cost . It's not what we want to hear but needed to hear. In the long run we would save money . Thanks for being honestly and saving us the cost of a in house diagnostic.

I've had hit and miss. Bought a stove a few months back and they were very helpful and professional when I was there buying it.Called today inquiring about a microwave and options and were dismissive and unhelpful.
