The facility is immaculately clean. Herman and Rinkje offer amazing service. I was able to see and book the unit that I wanted without being steered. The facility is in very good condition with indoor offloading dock and large lifts.

Okay storage unit. Prices are pretty crazy but there high every where. The staff is nice enough for the most part. They have some weird policy that you can only use their trash can for certain items or you'll be billed. Storage is kept at like 20 degrees so not too cold. Outside perimeter units are colder than interior. Every time i go a different elevator seems to be broken

This was our first experience dealing with Access Storage, and the first impression that I got from Rinkje and Herman was that they were very responsive, informative and friendly. A trait that is very rare these days.Storage facilities are usually similar all around. Access Storage – Stouffville is conveniently located at the corner of Kennedy Rd and Stouffville with plenty of parking, a large access door, use of lift onto the platform, with wheel cart usage. The facility is immaculate, clean, bright and accessible.Reinke will walk you through the administration process and explain the fees, while Herman will physically show you the facility and options. Both individuals are hands-on, and you walk away confident in choosing Access Storage – Stouffville. Furthermore, the rates are competitive with other providers, although the benefit of using their van to move your items if needed is a plus.I will be sure to convey their services to my friends and family.

Access Storage Stouffville has been WCYR's go-to storage for 5 years now! The facility is immaculate, clean, bright and accessible. When we need to access our unit, it is easy to get in, to use the lifts, and a wheeled cart is always available to bring things from the car to the unit. The staff are also very patient and friendly! We strongly recommend Access Storage!

When we first spoke with one of your representatives at HO, we were informed that the 2 units 10X25 that we rented had direct access from outside. However, when we went to the location, we were informed that the 2 units are in fact inside with no direct access. That was very disappointing for us.

Fabulous experience using offsite storage. Technology works so well - I could go anytime during open hours (which are extensive) to access my stored treasures. Access is easy, and safe. Staff are incredibly knowledgeable, and accomodating. Would highly recommend this location and the team that manage it. Thank you for all assistance that was provided during a trying, downsizing exercise!

This facility is immaculate! The management team of Rinkje and Herman do a fantastic job of helping customers with their needs. Understanding the system, and maintaining a top notch facility. The controlled access indoor loading bays are easy to use, warm, and convenient. The equipment, including hydraulic lifts, deck levellers, and large elevators make loading and unloading a simple task with no barriers like steps or thresholds at any point. Highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs clean, secure, heated storage. A huge shoutout again to Rinkje and Herman, absolutely fantastic team keeping this facility a clean and enjoyable experience!

Great experience storing household items for 2 years. Prices are a little on the high side but we received good value for what we paid. People are easy to work with and they are flexible to make it all work when you ask permission. Clean, reliable, safe and the loading docks stands out when compared to the competition. My wife wanted the best in class and I am glad we chose these folks.
