I took my iPhone 8 with a badly cracked screen into the gentleman who runs this store. He provided me with a very fair quote and in 15 minutes had repaired (and replaced) the screen with a brand new one; it was perfect! I checked online and it would've cost me $50 more to order a screen and do it myself.2 days later, the screen replacement was still perfect, but I noticed that it was tinted, like a tinted window on a car, and it was bothering me when I looked at photos on my phone as they appeared darker. I took it back in, and he explained that the replacement was a quality screen, but that if I wanted an OEM screen (which would be the same as I used to have and make photos appear lighter), it would cost me $30 more. I decided that it was an important feature for me and again, in 15 min. the screen had been perfectly replaced and was exactly how I remembered it being.I HIGHLY recommend the services provided by the gentleman in this store, based on my experiences. =) Thank you!

My iPhone completely shut down and wouldn’t turn on/wouldn’t charge. It is a fairly new phone and I had no idea what was wrong with it. Our family had such a positive experience here. Grandma’s phone suddenly died, and she was so worried about losing all of the photos of her grandkids. It was such a relief to find a shop close by with such a knowledgable staff who could help out. They went above and beyond, and made sure that grandma was taken care of.This will be my go to stop from now on for everything cell phone related. Today I was able to pick up the perfect replacement case and screen cover, and I will be back to trade in my iPhone when this one reaches the end of its life.

Great help with my phone-- at a full charge and without having dropped it, it wasn't turning on at all (even after checking for online solutions). Definitely recommend you come here, great customer care. I appreciate that it was explained plainly what the best and worst case scenarios were.

Went there last Thursday less than an hour before closing expecting to have to leave my phone and pick it up the next morning but the man fixing was super fast. I was able to get my phone back the same day. Very quick.
