I have worked with Todd from Professional Garage Services on a couple of occasions. Todd was curtious, prompt, and understanding. If you run into issues, PGS is who to call for service!

We've had Professional Garage Door Services since they've been in business, 30 some yrs ago. Today we had to have a garage door spring replaced & Todd said we needed 2 rollers replaced, the rest were all original (47yrs old). We decided to get all new rollers. Right after he left we noticed the door squeaked loudly every time it went up. We called him right away & he came back in about 10 minutes to check it out for us. The squeak wasn't from the new rollers or springs, but from a rubber seal on the bottom of the garage door, that we installed last fall & we put it on backwards so it rubbed on the wood frame. Sometimes that happens when you try to be a DIYer. They've been an excellent service to us all these years. Thank you Todd for helping us figure it out & having a good laugh about it.

I have had the opportunity to use the services of PGS several times. I keep the phone number in my garage right next to the door. With each encounter, Tod has been very professional and honest in his appraisals always providing multiple solutions and the varied costs. The work is completed promptly and expertly, actually flawlessly. I have no reservations concerning the work and cost, PGS is as good as it gets.
