We had a horrible experience at this location. We purchased our engagement ring from Peoples in Niagara Falls - great experience. Then we went to Burlington location to get my soon to be husband his wedding band. We went in and at first very pleasant until she realized that i didn't need a wedding band for i was going to wear my mom's ring who passed away for it's sentimental to me and he wanted a black band. First she was mad i wasn't spending 1700 on a wedding band and then i asked if they could polish up my moms ring - she looked at it and said i don't think those diamonds are real and it would cost over $100 to polish. I took back my ring and was very upset by what she said - didn't care that the ring was sentimental to me. Then my soon to be husband wanted to see black bands and she said that is not a real wedding band that it needs to be gold or silver- we said NO we want a black band. She again was very rude about it!! I am suppose to get my engagement ring sized - i will NOT be going to this location for that or anything EVER !! Worst experience i have ever received. Owner of People's Jewellers you need to have a chat with your staff for they RUINED MY EXPERIENCE and i will NOT recommend this location!!!! I never give bad reviews but i was truly very upset when i left this place.

Came in today looking for wedding bands and had an absolutely fantastic experience shopping with Veena. My fiance and I found our perfect bands and Veena was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Can't wait to come pick up our new jewelry and would definitely recommend Veena and this People's location for anyone jewelry shopping in the future!
