Delivered as requested, on the day requested and a beautiful arrangement that lasted 3 weeks....my nom loved it so much, she still talks about it. This will definitely be my go to florist in Sherbrooke!

Don't order if it's for a surprise! Ruined the surprise by calling me just to ask if they could deliver at a time that was more convenient to them. Called the manager to let her know and suggest to call the person who ordered them in the future and she couldn't have cared less n was very rude. You'd think working with flowers you'd know people like to send them as a surprise but she didn't care

I ordered online from the Sherbrooke website and was shocked when my Visa bill showed I was charged an additional $50.00 for a US dollar exchange rate. Their site does not say the prices are in US dollars. They did not respond to my emails. This is a highly deceptive practice and borders on fraud. Stay away.

Ordered multiple times in last 3 years and always was delivered as promised. The flowers looked amazing and the delivery was done in the next 3-4 hours after the phone call.Highly recommended !Thank you for your service.

I was very pleased with the service. I phoned my order and Adel was very helpful and delivery was prompt. My mother loved her Mother's Day flowers and found the bouquet beautiful and fresh.
