Got a fantastic rate, then when I sent in all the information required to set up policies, I didn't hear from a single agent in order to GET the policy! This is an initial review based on how the experience was getting a quote and setting up the insurance. Jared was an immense help spending just a little under 2 hours with me getting both home and auto insurance set up. They went over all the coverages, and was available for the few questions I had after reading through both coverage summaries. Both insurances together came in a bit under the competition and seems to caver a lot more than what the other brokers could.Haven't started the monthly payments, nor had to make a claim yet, so that may affect the rating, but for the start, this is an amazingly helpful and knowledgeable broker, if Jared is any indication of the company's work.

I was genuinely impressed with the service I received, top notch! Gustavo was very knowledgeable, took the time to answer the many questions I had (clearly…unlike some of the competition I was also getting quotes from) which really made me feel comfortable that I had chosen all the right coverage options. Do not use! I bought a 6 month policy but a week later was told that I have to pay for a full year. No problem, I instructed to take the payment out. Tristan didn't do his job and now it's canceled. I didn't get a call or anything. These guys are hacks, avoid at all costs
