I cannot speak more highly of Tracker Home Inspections! We have used many different home inspection companies over the years and Tracker was by far the most comprehensive, professional, courteous and easy to work with! We received helpful reminders, options for payment and scheduling that perfectly accommodated our timeline for our closing date! We received our inspection report very promptly and were so thankful for the thorough and organized information, complete with pictures, concise notes and extremely helpful information. Colin was amazing to work with and we will definitely be using Tracker Home Inspections again!

Very detail oriented, went over the house with a fine tooth comb. Afterwards sends a very detailed electronic report that includes pictures, what is wrong, how severe it is an options to get it fixed. Worth the money.
