Mini Mall Storage

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. About 2 months after storing my stuff here, I noticed there was a mice problem in my unit. I informed the staff about it right away. It’s been 6 months of me trying to get it dealt with, and all they’ve done is set 3 snap traps, and have only checked them once in 3 months. I’m at the facility daily.Not to mention all of the theft that happens from here. There was one time I noticed that some lockers were broken into around 6 in the morning. I went back at 11 that night, and literally had to walk the security guard over and point out everything that was blatantly obvious that made it a break and enter/theft.They don’t care about your stuff, or about their customers. DONT STORE YOUR STUFF HERE. There’s been so many break ins in the 9 months I’ve been here, and they just got part of the fence rebuilt. They have decoy cameras so they can’t even catch the people responsible… highly do not recommend this place.

It's an ok place but I was given no map of the facility and the unit I rented was not real obvious. Signage on the outside would have made things so much easier to find.

From the end of July, 2022 to the end of April, 2023: I rented a 10' x 10' x 30' storage unit. This was required, as I moved my personal belongings from BC to here (I was planning to relocate to Calgary, and looked like a sure-thing). Unfortunately, my townhouse renovations were delayed and the real estate listing prices in BC dropped dramatically. It was no longer feasible for me to relocate, as I would also have to dealt with a payout on my existing mortgage. Anyhow, life moves on. The staff (Carmela) were great to deal with. The location was convenient and reasonably priced (SE part of Calgary). Very clean and maintained.

I was there for 10+ years. Everything was great. Very professional, always responded to any questions I had.

It’s an alright place. Never had trouble with mini mall store. I’ve always been able to access my locker.The only thing that has been a negative there’s been a couple of prices hike in the last year or so.

Came in Monday afternoon and got help from Emmanuel and he was fantastic!! Showed us around the unit and we got registration done in a few minutes, very pleased!! Unbeatable prices for sure

Pretty easy to setup didn't really get the numbering system as my unit was inside the building not outside. Maybe have the hidden unit's numbers on the doors leading to the hallways. Fairly clean and nice for the price.

They may have one of the best prices for storage, but they are far from the best place to store stuff. Snow removal and lot maintenance is very poor on their lot. I have seen many times, where customers have left debris on the ground, and it was never cleaned up by staff. I recently got a nail in my tire, and I assume it is from their lot. The snow removal during the winter was limited to just in front of the lockers, which was shoveled into the middle. Which in turn created very icy conditions on their lot, and they did not put down gravel for the safety of their customers. I slipped on the ice and fell to the ground, almost smashing my head on my vehicle and the pavement, and I sprained my ankle. When I brought this up to the company, and the manager, I was met with no response, at all!! I still have not got a response from the manager or the company. I lost 2 days wages due to the accident caused by the poorly managed lot. I do not suggest storing your stuff at this place! Poor lot maintenance and poor customer service!

This place was very clean even though I was there during winter time. The unit I got was just right for the things I needed stored for the being. The price for this unit was the right price. The staff member was very helpful and very kind allowing my son and I to stand inside while we wait for the Uber to come. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very friendly staff and clean units for rent highly recommended at an affordable price. Keep up the good work!!!
