Very unfortunate how the lady on the phone treats customers. She hung up on me twice when I asked her if they have propane tanks. I live in Brighton and it's a shame we only have this place to go to. I'll drive the extra 2 kms and go to a different place. Seems like many other people doing the same.

Just ordered eggs from them and some other things from uber eats . Be careful because they just sent me eggs that expired from 2 weeks ago.Never ever again

Fuel pumps are crazy slow! First time I gave benefit of doubt, complained inside. Three weeks later they are still crazy slow! There should be signs warning how slow they are or just shut it all down.

I fill up at the esso all the time as it's my go to spot. But i don't like visiting inside the 711, the saffs weren't very accommodating. Waited 7 mins just to pay for my stuff cause one of the workers was just talking on the phone. I usually don't like to give unpleasant reviews but i felt i needed to in this case. I hope the management can get their act together and hire staff that are pleasant and friendly towards their customers. I will change my reviews if my future visits end up being different than my past.

Very good, I went in for a Slurpee with my friend and I brought I refillable slurpee cup. They charged me too much for it. The next time I went they apologized for their mistake and gave me some free slurpee coupons to make it up. The fact that they were so good about on a honest mistake makes want to come again!

Staff are completely untrained to deal with anything. Last couple of times the staff barely knew how to run the till, u stand there until it’s good for them to serve you, and most times they don’t go or their promotions. Won’t be going back

They're advertising $1 medium coffee signs in store September 26th -Oct2. The guy couldn't give me that price on my coffee so I left and didn't buy anything.

Have never had any problems with the staff here. I was a Regular last winter and still stop in for gas. Great location!
