They are really helpful and really nice. Chemical prices are comparable to even big box stores. Plus they will test your water for free and help you balance it. With a record of your specific pool. Definitely choose here over a box store

Do NOT use this company. They make promises they do not keep. I ordered a liner in APRIL and the promised a June installment. It was July 14th before they finally admitted that they didn’t even order it. I now have lost an entire summer and have NO liner. I am filing a report with the better business burea and the attorney general of Massachusetts. This is a company you do not want to do business with.
