Had damage (liquid most likely) on the screen. Me and the repair man had a great conversation about this right to repair laws lagging in our country and was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable as heck. Customer service was A+ screen is flawless, just did didn’t enjoy the cost but that’s due to apples disingenuous repair options.Still far less than bringing it to apple for repair $500 screen repairs. Can’t rave enough about the knowledge about the guy behind the counter.Would recommend 10/10. Prompt and knowledgeable service is so invaluable. Support these guys as a tech nerd myself.

Considerably disappointed with a screen repair experience. I was given no choice about investing in a damaged phone, the repair being equal to or greater than replacing the phone.They proceeded with the screen replacement without consulting despite the phone body itself being bent. It seemed as if the attempt was made to conceal this when I came to check on the status of the repair, having heard nothing, and made an excuses about not contacting me.Out of the protective case it was immediately evident the screen was protruding from the body and once it was powered up (it was allowed to be returned to me with dead battery) It was clear that the touch screen was ‘touching’ all by itself and responding erratically to the inputs. Perhaps due to twisting to make it fit in the bent body.I don’t know what if anything can make up for this experience.

These guys are efficient and friendly. I have never had a bad experience contacting them or going into their business. The staff is well rounded and each have their specialty to the table.
