I just wanted to share an experience that I had with The Wardrobe and Laura-Ann (the owner). I had purchased a Matt N Nat handbag from the Wardrobe. Recently I discovered some issues with the bag. When I contacted Laura-Ann and spoke with her regarding the issues that I was experiencing, she was very quick to respond and dealt directly with Matt N Nat to help rectify the issue for me. I believe she and her staff went over and above to help resolve the issue and I am extremely pleased with the outcome. During our email correspondense Laura-Ann was always quick to reply and notify me of her dealings with Matt N Nat. I would highly recommend this shop. Not only do they carry beautiful merchandise, their staff are delightful and they go over and above to help you with whatever you need!Thanks again for everything!

Let me start by saying the store itself had beautiful clothing. However, the woman that was working today- Saturday Aug 20 was extremely pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. She would not allow my friend and I to shop in peace. I mentioned a number of times that I would let her know when I needed help. I would have purchased a dress but was extremely thrown off by the saleswoman. Next time, please read the room. Thanks.

Amazing store, I was trying to find a graduation dress and I was just passing by but I found it!They have gorgeous short and cocktail dresses, accessories, purses and so on, and the staff are really kind and patient to help you out.Prices are really good, mostly because you are not going to find that elsewhere.

Normally I love the wardrobe. They have great dresses and the staff is friendly and helpful! This one day (wish I knew the woman’s name), my friend and I had a terrible experience. This woman discriminated against my friend and assumed what she could and could not wear. She made strange conversation and wouldn’t leave us alone. I would go back to the wardrobe if that woman wasn’t working because she was very freaky.

My daughter and I visited this store yesterday and had a great experience! The two ladies working there were so friendly and helpful.We felt very comfortable just browsing, like we were among friends.They have some beautiful items from boots to dresses , handbags and jewelry. Quite unique!

Saw a cute dress in the window and wanted to check it out. Was immediately greeted with friendly smiles and kind banter. The two ladies that helped me consistently made me feel really awesome about trying on dresses that were a bit outside of my comfort zone and I left with the first dress I have ever purchased, I had a really awesome experience here and I will most certainly be back. Thanks for being awesome!

Today I came to this boutique to shop for my grad dress and I had the most wonderful experience! The staff were so helpful and kind, their assistance was greatly appreciated! I ended up buying an absolutely beautiful green dress for graduation and I couldn't be happier! Overall, I highly recommend shopping here if you want to be treated with genuine kindness while finding fantastic merchandise!

I’ve shopped here for YEARS. Not once have I ever had a problem with staff or anything. I’ve accumulated lots of beautiful dresses from here. But the past two times I’ve gone have been met with an unwelcoming staff member or manager. The first time I was dirty from work and she asked me to leave, I did and understood. Second time I went in clean but with my service dog and she told me to leave, which again I did. I came back a few minutes later after putting my dog in the car because I saw a dress I wanted so I’d be quick but she took it from me and asked if I had a problem with her which I said no but that I was frustrated because I just wanted to shop (I was also on my way out of town so was in a rush) but she wouldn’t leave me alone then asked me to again leave the store (which I did with no problems). It’s incredibly frustrating that I was treated this way. Even if someone comes off differently than you would like doesn’t always mean it’s towards you. Obviously the way they treat other customers coming in is similarly uncomfortable seen in other reviews. Great dresses but rude staff/management. As a born and raised Kelowna girl I can’t say I’ll be recommending this shop anymore.

Love the selection, prices and friendly service that your can always count on when you shop at The Wardrobe Boutique! Many of my favorites clothing items have come from this hidden gem in the Pandosy Village area! And locally owned by a fabulous lady!!
