The girl working never changes gloves to make your food. She was back to the fridge 3 times working cash and grabbing other things without ever changing gloves. You would think with Covid and flu season that would be a priority for your customers. But apparently the gloves are so she doesn’t be get her hands dirty. Won’t go in there again.

The male employee that was working on June 12, 2023 around 4pm was really disrespectful and rude to customers and clients and this is the second time this has occurred.On the other hand, the female employee was really nice and respectful.

one employee, alicia, is incredibly unprofessional. everytime i’m in there she makes some sort of incredibly uncomfortable joke to me, other customers, or her coworkers. i heard her tell an employee he deserved to be assaulted. she also has been very rude to delivery drivers with accents who have difficulties pronouncing the names on the orders, as if it’s their fault. she has a horrible attitude and really needs to work on her customer service. every time i go in and see her i debate walking out.

Staff’s interaction seems dull and undisciplined. It feels like we are doing torture on them while making the sub. I hope it would be noticed by others as well.Thanks though.

To the yass that served me tonight, you rock. You made the best sub I’ve ever had and you have the best vibes. Thank you so much. (If the owners are reading this, you trained the best employee and the tip I gave should go to the employees)

I Ordered a footlong tonight the night shift guy named kashyap looked depressed he doesn’t has smile on his face , while he was making my order it seems like I am torturing him . Very poor Customer service, worst sub I ever visited.

I had ordered veggie delight from subway app. But I can’t see any veggies in sub. They gave me sandwich with sauces that’s all. In the app there is no section for feedback regarding service.

A few months ago the employee helping me had the owner booking him during off availability and literally made a maps transit route for him from Mississauga to assist when he said he was away and couldn’t come in on his off day in time. Today the fella that made my sandwich ignored half the veg instructions for my and every ‘extra’ veg request because I had the audacity to only tip 5% on an online order in a none tip industry. The sandwich was half the usual size.
