Have nothing but good things too say. Bought a door and two windows, and all made of good quality! Had a miss communication with one of the windows, It opened the wrong way, brought it in and they made me a new one. Excellent service, I recommend this place !

Calvin and his team have been amazing to deal with. I have done 7 separate orders with them over the past 10 years and there Customer service has been great. Even with the slightest issues they have always been there to support me and help me get the problems resolved. I will be purchasing more Windows and Doors from them in the future fore sure!!

Inside is good has nice stuff but only one guy on counter and he was dealing with a homeowner building a home. Didn't acknowledge us or offer explanation as to how long he would be. Bought my windows elsewhere sorry

Terrible service company had to resend pretty much whole order. Corporate even said all they do is try to get windows better they cannot control what people think of them terrible. Calvin and the office never answer the phone. Our replacements where just as bad as the first. Make sure you go to the companies Facebook page to hear the horror stories. The care about volume and not product.

I wanted to leave links to videos so you can see exactly what we are dealing with, however, Google will not let me. The best way to explain it is to show you. Basically, it took two years for them to come and fix issues that never should have been issues in the first place. The last rep they sent out pretty much said they have no clue how to fix the doors they sold out, but that nobody would". Seriously.Door 1: Apparently they forgot to put the locks on our west-facing vivace patio door. This door was lockless for at least 3 months with 100km/hr + winds until we moved in. Wonder how that affected the frame. I'm positive our door will never be how it should be because of their lack of common sense.Door 2: We had been dealing with this squealing in our bedroom since we moved in

Good service from the technicians, however, bad quality windows. I'm now up to 6 windows in a 3 year old starter home that have failed thanks to a bad seal. Unacceptable for a small home to have this many defective windows failing after such a short period of new home ownership. Consider another supplier and save yourself the headache.

I've had nothing but exemplary service from Calvin. A pleasure to deal with and very helpful to find the correct doors and windows. He was able to explain in great detail the products they carry. Impressive show room and just a really nice atmosphere in the store. I will definitely be ordering from him again.

Zach was here this morning and replaced a cracked bathroom window. I was skeptical it could be done, or perhaps done with a great big mess but he was in out and out in no time and the new window looks great!

Built a new home with ikon homes, and windows were a large part of the budget. Some windows do not close without a large amount of force on the handle. The high end" sliding door on deck does not lock even though they have came back to fix it 3 times with no luck. Sliding screen doors also hard to roll and are cheap and flimsy.At this point I would advise people to look elsewhere for windows."
