I had a great experience here. My first ever time at salon in Montreal and I didn't regret. Felt welcomed and saw exceptional customer service right from speaking to them over phone and being a customer. They value their customers and their needs. I didn't have to wait fortunately but this doesn't mean, it isn't busy. People coming after me had to wait for their turn as Paul was serving me to its perfection.Liked my hair cut and had an unforgettable experience. Would be going there for sure next time.One thing for all the customers, salon manila doesn't have all the tools for grooming your beard but they will still put in their 200% to ensure your beard is trimmed and you look handsome. Be it a haircut or beard, you would love it.Paul is awesome and the lady with whom I talked to over phone was great as well. You don't need to book an appointment, it's walk-in and next to Cote St. Catherine metro..!

She knows perfectly how to manage with the time and to greet the clients. After having the service my hair looks so beautiful i love it. I hope by next year i would definitly do it again with Manila. Don’t do nails it’s terrible even for regular nail polish $25… for hair cutting $35 scissors are not sharpened enough anymore that you can feel the scissors are pulling your hair as well..

Do yourself a favour and never step in that salon.

I have been coming to this salon for my nail, threading, and hair appointments regularly and have always had good results. I personally enjoy my experience here and find the staff to be friendly and accommodating. I am surprised to see some negative reviews and have not experienced any of the issues mentioned.Of course, everyone's experience may differ, but based on my own positive experiences, I would definitely recommend this salon for nail services. I believe that they provide quality work and a pleasant atmosphere, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

I went for eyebrows waxing, inspite of letting the lady know how I want it, the end result was - eyebrows were way thinner, not in shape and one didn't match the other.She pulled the strips so hard, that felt my eyes would pop.If you want bad shape and painful waxing - this would be be your go to place.

I had a hair cut and subtle balayage done at Salon Manila today. And I'm more than happy to see the services provided by Melba. She was very considerate and listened to all my requests and gave insights wherever needed. I am excited with the results and the price was really nominal for Montreal Salon standards. I would really recommend the shop for their services.

Great salon and sanitary as well. I colored my hair at home alone and it turned red. Thankfully I went there and Melva gave me my hair back. It was a great experience and it was fairly priced.
