Love this store soooo much. The deals are just wild. I've bought like 5 pairs of jeans without even trying them on and they all fit perfectly. This is the perfect clothing store for work and then transition to evening wear. Its been my go to for years!!

Amazing customer service. Help offered by staff members was extraordinary. I went with a small concern and the way the store manager dealt with me was very helpful. April is the name of the store manager and I believe it’s a one stop shop of good service and exemplary clothing. Kudos to the team

Everyone was really nice except the girl with the tattoo on the inside of her left forearm. I entered the checkout line well before store was closing but due to the long lineup didn't end u p getting to the register until right before it was closing. The checkout lady basically rushed everyone out the store like she was herding cattle. I get that the store is closing but you should have some tact when dealing w/ customers.

I came on Black Friday for the deals,it was great because everything was half off! Staff unfortunately, did not say hi to me except for one girl with a scarf.I also waited with my items in the fitting room for a while and the lady there seemed really sick.Her nose was extremely runny and she was going into the back to cough.This occurred multiple times and the same lady was in charge of wiping down the fitting rooms. Management should enforce health checks on their employees especially when we are in a pandemic.

Terrible customer service. Completely ruined my GF's attempt to purchase a Christmas gift for me while I was in the change room. After being told to hold onto the purchase for a few minutes, a staff member decided it would be funny to walk around my GF, and right between the two of us and say here's your purchase" with a snooty grin on her face. Thanks for intentionally screwing up someone's Christmas surprise."
