Excellent customer service. They inadvertently shipped us the wrong wood siding for our new build and by the time I got to the job site and saw it, the installers had already installed it across the back of the house. They not only sent us the correct siding quickly but they paid our additional costs to have that section removed and re-installed. Fabulous company

We just had our new back door installed and it looks beautiful. Davis Willis from the Designer Showcase gave us excellent service as always. We wouldn't buy our windows and doors anywhere but Turkstra Lumber, Stoney Creek. Thank you!

Unbelievable service, I have purchased products many times at T.L. but I also use the big box stores, not anymore. I had a shipping mishap and called the store to see what my options might be and if they could help in any way. I had a call back within 5 min. from Don and another 5 minutes he had made a bad situation and day a lot more bearable. I'm a customer for life and will spread the word about how they treat people that work hard for their money, and that it's not always the bottom line that matters. So thanks to all who work at Turkstra, keep up the great work.

Ridiculous experience with Turkstra lumber. We lined up a crew to help us build a backyard shed. We used Turkstra's online quote generator to submit the order. A fellow named Reece followed up with us, confirming the amount, date, and estimated time of delivery for the order which he confirmed the Dundas location would be able to fulfill and deliver TODAY.Fast forward to 5 minutes ago. We all and speak to him asking about when the delivery would show up - to which we are greeted with a response that the order wasn't placed, and it can be delivered Monday.Monday folks, I have 7 guys here waiting for material to show up TODAY, and I'm told Monday because someone can't do their job.Absolutely ridiculous. Will never use Turkstra again, as my in-laws also had similar issues.Update: Turkstra acknowledged the mishap and took steps to correct the situation. Unfortunately we had already purchased the majority or the supplies by afternoon on Friday as we needed to make some progress, but Mike managed to get us the remainder of our siding and plywood delivered on the Saturday at a reduced price.I give credit where it is due, and Turkstra did try to correct the situation and repair the damaged experience for a customer.
