I went here today for the first time with friends. The owner Mike is so friendly and welcoming. I have tried the raspberry vodka and it is like drinking fresh raspberry juice. The spiced pear vodka is so good. Today I tried his new BlackBerry basil gin and was surprised how amazing it was. This is a small local (to Calgary) distillery/ bar and I give it 5 out of 5 stars.

Best customer service ever. Friendly and accommodating staff and really easy to work with. We had a surprise party for my husband as well as had a tour with tasting and every part of it was perfect. Loved working with them and can’t wait to try their new drink flavours that come out later this year.

Great cocktails! Owner Mike was a wonderful host. Kitchen is closed, but the charcuterie boards were amazing. Would def recommend ❤️

Mike and his Team at Starr helped us put together an amazing evening celebrating local charities! He is a wonderful local businessman who gives back to the community while creating some delicious liquors, liqueurs and cocktail kits. Also, the charcuterie boards they prepare are delicious!! Would recommend 100%. #support local

Thank you Mike and Cody for your hospitality today. You were ‘technically’ closed but you welcomed us in with open arms, and we really needed a distraction today and you were it. Thank you so much, we’ll be back when you’re fully open. We were the three dressed in black, with the crabapple tree; yours for you to pick if needed. Sure enjoy all your gins, and the GOAT.

Amazing food! You wouldn’t guess that a distillery would have a professional chef but they do! The food was outstanding. We couldn’t stop talking about it the kale salad. Also absolutely loved the drinks, the peach Negroni was delicious. We will definitely be back.
