Canada Post

Never had any problems with this post office. Staff are friendly and helpful. Never really had to wait much to drop something off or pick something up. I just wish they had a better area to park your car rather than just off the street. Otherwise, pretty good location for postal service.

I know that the actual post office does not delivery the parcels but unfortunately the parcel drivers won't deliver to apartment buildings. They just leave a card in you box for pickup and this is where the actual post office fails you. The hours just do not work for the working class. You need to have either 1 night you stay open late or Saturday mornings for those that work 8-5. How do you expect us to get our parcels. In the last 6 months have left work early to be able to get there before 5 only to have yours doors locked, at least now you have finally changed your website to reflect this. I don't like losing pay and neither did the 8 other people standing outside your building all complaining about the same thing.

The people here are always friendly and helpful to me, but I wish their store hours weren't the exact hours that most people work. It's very hard for me (and I assume most people) to get their packages. It would be nice if they were open a bit later on a few days a week, or on the weekend.

Worst service ever. I called this morning to find out the amount of postage I need to send a card to England. The woman told me to call customer service and gave me a 1-800 number. She just didn’t want to be bothered to take the time to answer my question when I know darn well they have the international stamps right there. So I called the post office in Rockwood and talked to a very pleasant woman who gave me her name and took the time to answer my questions.

This location does not stay open til 5 PM. What a joke, piece of paper on the window saying it closes at 4 PM. Nice of the employees to fabricate their own hours. These hours make if very convenient to pick things up or drop them off because you know the average person finishes work at say 2-3 pm. Complete garbage.

Hate process of this location and maybe all locations. Your item can’t be picked up until 6pm, but the locations closes at 5pm. What the hell is that? Only government business would close an hour earlier than you can pick your parcel, so badly run. People wonder why they are so close to closing down.

Older lady ( supervisor? I think ) has a very bad attitude not pleased with the customer service. Also don’t like Canada post because they are super strict with everything, and if you don’t answer the door they don’t leave the package in your mail box or outside your door, they just bring it back to the post office and expect you to pick it up within, crazy unrealistic hours.

Young lady is pleasant, but older lady is typical union worker. In other words, don't expect any help from her. Plus the hours are a joke, if you need to pick up an item, you gotta leave work early or in my case, half my day as I work in Oakville.

I have never seen a Post Canada worse than the one here. Having lived in Toronto, Mississauga, and Brampton, whenever you have a package that needs to be signed for; 1. they knock to see if you're home, and 2. they actually leave a slip if you're not. With respect to this location I have never had them knock on my door (even prior to COVID), and when you try to call their office, they automatically put you to a voicemail and never return your call. Above all of that, the manager who works there (I unfortunately do not know her name) is one of the most absent minded individuals I have met when it comes to customer service. For instance, coming from someone who has and currently works in customer service, when we first moved to Acton I remember trying to explain to the manager that I did not have my new license yet and that I needed to get my package though our address's didn't coincide at the moment (as the government was taking forever to update my correct address). While I know this would not be the manager's fault, what was her fault was yelling with me in front of fellow customers, calling me hunny

Went in to send an Express post from Acton to Vancouver, British Columbia and it was very smooth. Bill was very nice and helped meout. It arrived the next day with signature required. Super fast turnover time.
