Ele & Co. Wedding Planning

Brianna was our wedding coordinator for our wedding in September. Our wedding was very difficult to execute due to the fact it was our own venue and we had a lot going on. We had about a dozen vendors involved throughout the day.Brianna helped us in the weeks/months leading up to the wedding by answering any questions we had, meeting with us at the venue to plan out our vision, and also had great input herself on how certain things would or wouldn't work on the day of the wedding. All this was extremely helpful to narrow our focus on what we wanted for our day.The last couple days leading up to the wedding, Brianna assisted with the extensive set up that we required at our venue, she also had good input on how things should be oriented in the reception for the most efficiency possible. It was very nice to use her knowledge for this.Wedding day came, and this is where Brianna really shined. Her ability to keep the day on track, while still making us enjoy our special moments without rushing us to the next task on our schedule was perfect. She even sewed the split pants on one of our groomsman's pants moments before he had to speak at our reception.Our wedding day was perfect, and we owe it all to Brianna! I thought superheroes were fictional, until Brianna was in action on our special day!Thank you for all your hard work, Brianna!

Having Bri as our wedding planner was the best decision we could have made. Her and her assistants made sure that our special day went according to plan and without issue. Brianna literally made our day possible. She is the reason that it turned out exactly how we envisioned it. Brianna was the best investment we made for our wedding hands down! She was so thorough in the meetings prior to the wedding and came up with so many things that we had missed even thinking of. Week of she confirmed timelines with every vendor so we knew that everyone was on the same page. Day of she took care of everything, anything that didn't go right she took care of. Our biggest wish for our wedding was for our family and wedding party to be able to just enjoy the day and she made this 100% possible. It was the most perfect day, and her giant emergency kit was amazing, including fishing wire to sew together my broken bustle! 10/10 recommend!!

Hiring Brianna for our wedding day was hands down the best decision we have ever made. Wedding coordination from Ele & Co. should be at the top of every brides list. Brianna made our perfect day go as smooth as possible. She was there as my rock throughout majority of the planning process and calmed my nerves the entire time. She looked after contact and organization of my vendors as well. Brianna kept everyone on track at rehearsal and ensured that mine and my husbands vision was coming to life. On wedding day, she looked after the smallest of details, checked in with the wedding party, transferred decor from point a to point b, ensured all of my decor was turned on and in place, and so much more.I cannot stress enough how amazing this investment was for our special day. This lady knows what she is doing and is simply the best at what she does.

We hired Brianna after watching her so beautifully coordinate my sisters wedding. I still wanted to plan and decorate my own wedding but my hopes was that for the day of the wedding I could delegate all the worries and tasks to her so that I could be fully present in the day that we all know goes by in the blink of an eye!To say I had no worries in the world the day of my wedding is an understatement. Brianna and I started to meet up over a month out from the wedding and I am so glad we did. Brianna helped me organize my thoughts, from decor details, to timelines, to task delegating. We met a few times leading up to the wedding and Brianna helped make me aware of finer details that I hadn't even thought of yet! She also helped me fine comb the day of timeline right down to the minute. In fact, so perfectly that we were actually ahead of time the day of the wedding, not once did we feel pressured to rush or feel like we were behind on time. This hands down helped me to feel more relaxed throughout the day which led to me enjoying the day that much more!The morning of my fiancé texted me saying I can't find my pocket square"...... We hired Brianna for our July wedding for month/day of coordination. She oversaw every aspect of our big day which in turn made the day go so smooth- as the bride, I was able to let go and take it all in with minimal stress. We met with her several times prior to the wedding- she asked all the right questions to ensure she knew what our vision was for the day. She was involved in rehearsal and offered tips/advice to help. She ran errands for me and transferred decor from point a to b. She was willing to assist with anything from lighting candles and putting out cupcakes and small details for me, to connecting with vendors and making sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. She even made sure my dog had water! She took initiative, made decisions on my behalf, and problem solved little hiccups throughout the day flawlessly. I would have never known if anything went sideways because she made sure everything worked. We had several comments from family and friends raving about Brianna and the positive impact she had on our day. The investment is truly, truly worth it. You will not regret it brides!!!

I hired Brianna to be our month/day of coordinator for our July 2022 wedding in hopes that after all the planning I had done I would be able to set some of my worries aside and try and enjoy our special day. What I got was all that and more.We had several check ins and meetings prior to the wedding day.
