I purchased a new Homes By Us Ltd. estate home in Aspen Woods Community in Calgary in 2015 and after almost 3 years, I can still confidently state that it was the most prudent and rewarding home purchase I have made. I am extremely satisfied with the design and build quality of the home. The company’s commitment to exceptional attention to building and finishing detail and use of upgraded materials and hardware, combined with a refreshingly modern and appealing design, all contributes to my overall satisfaction of ownership.Equally as important, all of my service requests are attended to in a timely and professional manner, and reinforces my overall confidence and satisfaction with this home builder. I feel that Homes By Us believes in not just building a great home, but building constructive relationships with their clients, and this shows through in their workmanship and finished product. I can’t say enough about Homes By Us and I wouldn’t hesitate to build another home with this builder or refer them to friends and family.

Fell in love with the layout of the house while it was under construction at the time. We made a quick decision to purchase it for its functional and Turnkey features, very glad we did - because the final product is beautiful!!The quality of their craft is on the mark ...from floor to ceiling including the custom Cabinets!!! We just received our brand new house from Home By Us. Our family love it so much. From the beginning design to the very last key received, my wife and I are totally satisfied with Home By Us. Incredible! We bought our home in November with Homes By Us. It was an extremely fast turn around (put the offer in, sold our house and moved in to the new house all in less than a month). From the very first experience with Homes by Us we were blown away with the quality of service and care. Despite the extreme speed with which the entire process happened, they were extremely professional! From the realtor, to the owner, to the tradesman, to the sales people, every single person we’ve encountered was kind, helpful, respectful, honest and just overall excellent! Every question was promptly answered, every issue was addressed, they went out of their way to help us even when they didn’t have to! They made sure we were incredibly happy at every step of the way. This is not to mention the incredible craftmanship of our beautiful home. Every detail was thought through to make the home as functional and beautiful as it can be. Everywhere you look are added details and finishings that add to the quality of the home. Even since we’ve moved in they’ve continued to help us and take care of our family. We truly feel that Homes By Us is a one of a kind company who will treat you like family.

After my I suffered a huge house fire, Homes By Us won the contract to rebuild my home. Their level of communication through the entire process was top notch and only exceeded by the quality of their work. After dealing with what was the most stressful and traumatic event I've ever had to live through, they made the process easy and stress free. They finished the work ahead of schedule and the end result far exceeded my expectations. We purchased our new Homes By Us home in 2017 and have been extremely happy with the results. The design process went smoothly and left us with the custom house of our dreams.We are really happy with how the finishing and function of the house turned out.Any issue that came up during the build was resolved promptly and to our satisfaction.Any service call we made after moving in has also been handled well without issue.Overall we are very happy with our home and would recommend Homes By Us to anyone looking to build a custom home.-Ryan

I usually don't write reviews but I feel compelled after experiencing an amazing build process with Homes By Us. From the get go, the folks at Homes By Us were professional, attentive, and worked with us every step of the way to ensure we ended up with our dream home.More importantly, the people we worked with, from the owner all the way to the trades people who built our house were amazing. If we found an issue, they fixed it...right away. Above all, the communication throughout was just awesome.I would definitely recommend Homes By Us. They did an excellent job on our house.

My house was built by Home by us three years ago. They are very good builder company. I think I am a very picky customer but their service is really impeccable. We often had many ideas come out in the construction process, but they were patiently helping us. It was really a perfect cooperation. They also provide a good after-sale service, which is also the reason I like them the most. Whenever I contacted them, they immediately helped me solve the problem. Now my home is perfect, because of their best service and quality provided to me from beginning to end. If I have another house to build up next time, I will continue to cooperate with them.

Wow! What an incredible experience working with Homes By Us. We just took possession of our custom home and we are blown away. The final product far exceeded our expectations. This is the second house we have built(first with Homes By Us) and we have been very happy with the outcome. From the planning process, to design and completion, Homes By Us went the extra mile to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. While we have only been in the house a few weeks, any minor issues have been solved right away without question.Any dealings with the trades during the building process were very positive and they are quick to tell you they all take pride in their work. As a very hands on home owner(visiting the site frequently and communicating with Homes By Us staff about every little detail,) I can say that their customer service is second to none.I would certainly recommend this company to anyone considering a new build.
